I am a new NEFF user. How do you know when the oven has reached the desired temperature using circa therm as a regular oven???

where do I find the risotto recipe please

It's not clear to me where the steam is generated from. Do you need to plumb in the oven or add a reservoir of water when you want to use the steam function? Looks like a pretty gross risotto.

I'm sure many people would find that risotto delicious, myself included.

Not a great video from point of view technique: there's a reservoir at the top which has to be filled before cooking begins.
