I became sick at age 35. 17 years later I still try to wake up every morning being happy for what I have. Which is hard to do after 20 hours in bed. It is definitely a choice I have to make. It definitely doesn't just happen. So I feel what you are saying.

The Holy Spirit resurrected Jesus. Jesus's greatest miracle was raising Lazarus. The joke still works though.
