I like her minimalist style. No clutter or fussiness. That Fig indoor plant I had outside & it grows into a massive tree! in tropical areas of Australia where I live. Love the home & the owner.

What a gorgeous home! As a Brit, I never ever get over the size of your houses there and the plots they are in! I also have to smile at the amount of pleasure you all exude over a house being built in 1922….I grew up in a house built in the 1700s and never thought anything of it 😂. We are history rich and land poor over here. 💚🧡

In America this size of a home is considered a baby mansion! This neighborhood of larger well kept older homes is very unique. Please don’t think that the majority of American home owners have almost 3000 square feet homes. That is what’s broadcasted for optics!

Since I live in Canada, there’s nothing so Southern in my mind as a screened in porch. That’s my favourite part of the home. And the tea towels are a must!

My favorite thing about this home is Madeline's favorite thing.....the Windows and all the light they reveal. I need light all year long and live in a small house filled with light! But I also love her splashes of color through the rugs and art. That dining room is fabulous too!

My favorite area of the house was the dining room with the fabulous Santa Fe chairs. Truthfully I loved every room in her house. Good example investing in a few beautiful pieces instead of accumulating/ buying a lot of odds and ends. Madeline is such a lovely lady!

Madelines home is gorgeous. So tastefully decorated with a nod to Santa Fe. Love her clean style. My favorite was the 4 chair seating area... did love the pop of color on the old chairs, the carriage house in the back.... and the great big overflowing silver bowl of cookies on the island! Also the great fluted silver tray with the bottled waters. So elegant,

I LOVE the turkey towels -- i think they would be cute to make into curtains for a kitchen window by a kitchen sink. Where we use to live we had a room (parlor or sitting room) w/2 windows by the fire place & i had made curtains from a fall table cloths for curtains in the fall.

My favorite aspect of Madeleine’s lovely home is the screened porch! And, I’m intrigued by Leah’s book recommendation. Will add it to my reading list. And thumb’s up to Stewart for having a cool bathtub!

My favorite part of her lovely home were her dining room chairs! Really unique and a beautiful focal point of the room. Since she decorates very simply ( which very much evokes a peaceful vibe) you are not distracted by lots of objects and you can fully appreciate the chairs. A really charming home which I am sure will be a favorite stop on the tour!

My favourite part of the tour was the curb appeal as you walked up toward the house. 2nd was the reading area in the house. I could picture myself there with coffee in hand and my husband and dog curled up in the sun to replenish my soul and give thanks for such beautiful surroundings.

What a fun tour! I love seeing the historic homes. I think the sunny sitting room is my favorite, but it’s hard to forget the screened porch. The natural light in that home is gorgeous.

first off, My God I would not be able to pick a favourite place, this is such a beautiful home, refreshing that it's not the old samey styles you see on IG. Interjecting those gorgeous 'Santa Fe' prints, especially on the bed, it's different and individual. 2nd ...The walk through the neighbourhood I loved. 3rd...I love your blouse. 4th...Leah, she is so gentle and sweet, love having her join you. and lastly, yes please to a tour around the Gem show.

That was an interesting take on having your neighbours close by. It is a comfort especially if you live alone that your neighbours are aware of your presence. The one thing that is unfortunate is the furnishings for a 101 year old has no antiques.

Beautiful home and charming hostess. The light in the home is wondrous. My favorite area is the sitting area but, honestly, the entire home is filled with beauty. I love the balance of minimalism but many personal touches with meaning and also pops of color.

Linda luv the turkey towels. Great idea: place a towel to use as napkin over the back of each chair. You mentioned hating to fold them and cover the image. Fold in thirds lengthwise and place for each guest 😊

Such a spectacular neighborhood! Thanks for the tour. I’m not familiar with Oklahoma and admit this isn’t what I had in mind. It almost looks like it could be Pasadena, CA or somewhere here in the northeast. My favorite part of the house is the landing with bookshelves.

WHOLE house is neutral and almost empty and Linda sees the one colorful bathroom with the wallpaper and says " you're not afraid of color" 😂😂😂😂😂😂 ☠️☠️☠️☠️ DEAD 😂

Beautiful home. I loved all the rooms. Can’t pick just one. Love the historic neighborhoods. Must be a lot of fun living in that area. Never thought I would like Santa Fe touches in decorating but it is beautiful.
