Had the privilege of seeing Neil Young and Crazy Horse in 1976 when I was 16 years old. Neil started with acoustic guitar, banjo, harmonica etc. Then came out with Crazy Horse and burned it down!!! Still my favorite concert. Wish I Still had my tshirt.

Neil Young is THE MAN! You don't need the "schlyrics" because they are so easy to understand, the way he sings them. Seen Neil four times, and it was always a unique experience.

Oh man this song is so special. Some friends of mine got married a few years ago, the bride walked down to the aisle to this song. The groom teared up and so did quite a few of us. Glad you enjoyed the song!

Fun fact: Young wrote some of the songs on Prairie Wind in 15 or 20 minutes, he tells Scott Simon. "It doesn't take me very long when I get started. I just try to remain open." The album is released Sept.

Like so many of Neil’s other songs, he gave us his soul in this beautiful version of Harvest Moon. My wife and I danced to this at our daughter’s wedding many years ago. I saw you comin’ around before you mentioned it, Biz. You’d look good in love. Thank you for bringing us this one.

6:30pm - Saturday, October 16, 2016 at the Empire Polo Club in Palm Springs - Desert Trip 3 night concert - Neil played this song… to the left of the stage, a teepee was set up, and as he played, a huge, full harvest moon was rising and in full view as he played. Absolutely beautiful. Wish I could share a photo of it with all of you. The crowd went nuts. Later that night it was Paul McCartney, and Neil joined him on stage to play the Beetles, A Day in the Life and some other songs. Excellent. On the Friday night before it was Bob Dylan and then The Stones. Sunday started with The Who and then Roger Waters finished off the weekend. Pretty amazing. Worth every penny. Thanks for the memory Biz! 🎉

Powderfinger, Cortez the Killer, Like a Hurricane, Hey Hey, My My (Into the Black), and Powderfinger, from the Live Rust Album are great Neil Young songs Tha Rock. Also, give Keep On Rockin' In The Free World a try. All show the genius that is Neil Young on his Kick Ass side. Acoustic or Electric, playing more Neil Young is a good thing.

I like his music. Not his obtuse politics. And while the Kent State shootings led to a big song for it. And he invokes Nixon, it had been Johnson's war and diving of the country that led to this. But he wouldn't invoke LBJ for anything. And if he had, he would have been smeared by the establishment. Good boy Neil knows how to pander and stay in his lane.
