Omg...I really enjoyed listening to Eric Nies and Simon Rex talk about experiencing life...and learning different ways to cope. I totally understand the whole conversation they both said, because I experience similar things they mention. I am Diné...which is Native American and I come from Northern Arizona. I used a lot of our herbs and ceremonies from my tribe. It work a lot and save my life to this day. I also use animals to help me heal too...and I got a lot of support from my family too. To this day...I am very much clear minded and feeling more grateful for having to breath on our mother earth. Keep up the podcast Mr. Rex...cause I love it sooo much! I tried DMT once. It was a pure white crystal about the size of a match head just put on top of a bowl of weed. I smoked it and it lasted about 15 minutes. I got the geometric hallucinogenic patterns like the world was made of lego bricks and felt like I wasn't in my body for most of it. I tried to lift my arm up but the nerve impulse was delayed and I felt totally uncoordinated like a floppy rag doll. After it I felt fine, like the cobwebs in my head were cleared out, serene like medicine. Good thing I had a babysitter to guide me, could be dangerous on your own.

Some major evolution by both gents here. Well done and really cool to see ! Simon, I met you twice. Once was in Vegas at the Hard Rock pool. We chatted for a bit. Ran into you again at Lucky Strike in Hollywood. I said hey I met you in Vegas. You said (and I quote) "dude.... if it was Vegas, I am not going to remember it." Ha ! Good times back then, but at some point you have to evolve from a boy to a man. Keep it up !

Man I grew up as a kid watching these two on MTV. I also have the NYC real world in dvd. Dangggg I miss the 90s
