does the clock have to be negative edge triggered for this synchronous up counter? or would it being positive edge still keep it as an up counter?

is it right to use any of T ,JK ,D ff for any bit synchronus counter ?? did u use t instead of jk here because of reduction in no. of truth tables?

I think yes . Using T FF is easier because of smaller excitation table . As far as I know we can any type of FF for any n-bit synchronous circuit .

i have a question what if i did the tables with qa,qb,qc order and i have ta,tb,tc then the output is reversed such qa ,qb ,qc is the correct order from msb to the lsb what you did is just like a reverse order then reverse output i think the output without double reversing is the same. correct me if i'm wrong please

Great explanation!! Wanna ask why the sequence of the flip flop you draw is in A-B-C? Coz in the table you are writing in C-B-A? Is it a convention to reverse the order from the table?

I took Q1, Q2, Q3 as outputs and drew flip flops with T1,T2,T3 inputs in sequence instead of T3,T2,T1. The logic diagram is just opposite to yours, the AND gate coming in the first FF instead of the last FF. Will my outputs be the same or it will affect the whole circuit?

No it will not effect but you have to take care of the sequence you make in ckt excitation table as msb and lsb same will be in ckt diagram.
