Solid 8/10 for me. A few of the issues I had didn't spoil the overall feel of the show. EVEN SCOTTISH GARP WAS ALRIGHT IN MY BOOKS!?! 😮

I did enjoy seeing it come to life, but not to take too seriously. And since it feels like it respects the source material and cares about the right moments, I'd be thrilled about more seasons just to see how far they're willing to go. Arabasta is on the horizon. Fingers crossed we see a live action Enies Lobby someday.

As a manga reader, i am satisfied with the show and actually suprised that neftlix did well in this live action. They did alter the plot and some characters but i accepted the changes as they still respect oda'source unlike other LA. Cant expect 1-1 as the original so a solid 7.5 for me. May be higher if they make fight scenes smoother

you can hardly see what's happening in One Piece live action because it mostly happens at night/in the Dark, that's the first problem, the second is that everything looks cheap, the third problem is that, in general, everything is written stupidly But regardless of all this One Piece Live Action is 6/10 which is truly a real miracle

@@dl2839Dont get me wrong the live action Zoro is funny 😂but more of a laid back cool funny but in the source you could bearly differenciate his comedic moments with the rest of the crew like odas interpretation where he would draw them with those sharp teeth he was more animated and expressive, do you get what i mean??

@LoafsDesigner I don't know, I feel like his laid-back humor works a lot better for this interpretation of Zoro. My favorite moment is when he told them the toilet was broken in the ship.

If you think Nami was good in the LA you probably aren't a fan of hers. Her character portrayal is almost as bad as Garp. Not to mention how much they butchered her arc. Arlong Park arc was supposed to be the most important arc in the series but they didn't give it any importance. It was easily the worst out of all the arcs in this adaptation. Shoving in the Garp and Koby plotline really ruined Arlong Park. Even the iconic hat scene was shit because of the lack of importance. Matt clearly don't understand Nami at all. Which is expected considering he's a Sanjitard. Overall it was a decent adaptation. Some parts were better like Buggy and Kuro but some scenes like with Nami and Garp were God awful.

I'd rather not believe this but wow did he get more screentime than luffy or any other character. That & the koby acting scared & helpless got old fast. Give all that screen time to sanji & buggy I'll be way happier

@@TifffanyTaylorsomeone already counted all the characters screentimes and Coby has less screentime than all the strawhats individually. So thats not true
