Surprisingly, this movie was enjoyable. Man Since Jackie Chan has portrayed himself as an unhappy old guy in previous films, this comedy-filled film wonderfully transports me back to Jackie's happier Rush Hour Jackie days. Jackie Chan and John Cena performed better than I had anticipated! I really like their chemistry on film, and since the conclusion leaves room for a sequel, I sincerely hope that they do. I need to see them working together again. Maybe someday as a family? Hot damn, just do it!

Not really surprising to me, it’s really just epic, I know some places don’t make the most sense, but it’s a perfect match (I cannot see the green screens they use unlike other ppl for some reason)

They needed a specific kind of director of this type of a movie. No wonder Steve Waugh is great at direction.But, he is not suitable to direct Chan and Cena in a buddy movie. Id prefer Jackie directing a movie like this. In the same budget with his style of direction, the movie would have been a blockbuster. Id love to see them again with better direction.

To my surprise, I found this movie thoroughly enjoyable. Considering Jackie Chan's previous portrayals as a grumpy older character in his films, this comedy-filled feature brought me back to the days of his more lighthearted Rush Hour films. Jackie Chan and John Cena's performances exceeded my expectations, and their on-screen chemistry was a delight. With the film's ending leaving room for a sequel, I sincerely hope they decide to work together again. Maybe even as part of a family dynamic? What a great idea - they should definitely make it happen!

I guess it's free in a sense that you don't need to pay for the movie itself on top of the monthly subscription fee. As far as I can remember, there are some movies or series that you have to pay to watch aside from paying the subscription to the platform, I may be wrong though.

I tried to watch this movie, but the fight scenes just suck. It's not the choreography, it's the way that they filmed. Jackie Chan is known for wide shots from a static camera. This is the opposite of that. I can appreciate him trying something different, but it didn't work, imo.

This is CGI OVERLOAD, it's like watching a video game. Netflix hired a bunch of gamers to create this movie and used AI to create images of the actors. This should be on the top of worse movies of 2023 or perhaps the entire millennium.
