Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Sauteed Spices - 2 tbs
Curry Leaves
Green Chilli - 6 Nos
Garlic - 1 Small Cup
Shallots - 20-25 Nos
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 4 spoons
Coriander Powder - 2 1/2 spoons
Tomato - 4 Nos
Raw Mango - 1 No
Tamarind Water
Drumstick - 1 No
Water
Nethili Dry Fish

Sir, your recipes are awesome. You teach in a very simple way so that anyone can cook. The gravy you prepared is very excellent. One small suggestion my grandma taught me to add dryfishand mango after the vegetable cooked since the dry fish and the mangoes should not be overcooked
