you lucky bastard. they are $444 on there now but the walnuts are $230. They also have the white center channel version S81s with the same drivers has dual 5.25 drivers and same soft dome with a rear slotted port are $104 a piece and I wonder how 2 of those would sound in stereo

I bought these Dec 2021 and the are perfect. Thumping bass drum. Great clarity and treble! Tried micca mb42x first. Good but lacked bass so sent back. Happy with Neumi BS5.

I think the two others to compare this to would be the Micca OoO and the Sony SSCS5. Both of them hover around that same price point when on sale. Hey Zeos, might you get some of the Edifier passives(P12/P17) in to compare to these at that price point?

Hifi-Guides does not recommend many non-self-powered speakers. Quite a few of them are either out of order maybe discontinued or not available in Europe. In the end the Jamo S 803 is the only front ported non-self-powered speaker I can get that Hifi-Guides recommends. Now the Neumi BS5 would be the second when it gets in stock on amazon.

Zeos if you need a reason to recommend these even if they were slightly worse than the Micca RB42, I give you one. As far as I see it, the Micca RB42 simple don't exist in Europe. I checked several price listing portals and a few specific audio(phile) online stores and most can't even tell anything about "Micca". Only thru google I found "Micca RB42-C" on german amazon but ofc out of stock and might never be back on stock, what they offer is a pair "Micca OoO" for 122€ + 78€ shipping. My only way to get Micca RB42 is by ebay ordering from USA for $220 + $53 for shipping ...äh... I think I'd rather buy Jamo S 803 160W for ~270€ free shipping and be able to send em back if there is a problem.

Random gratitude.....based on your recommendation there are now Koss KPH30i headphones are now present within my perspective, thank you most kindly, they are exactly as you described, I did need to order directly from Koss, but hey, I have been ordering from Banggood, Gearbest, Fasttech, etc for so long waiting for something is a consistent part of life here, La Corona did nothing to improve this wait...

butter...the best for lobster tail is...land o lakes lightly salted butter, their regular butter, not unsalted. for muffins etc i find Danish Creamery Butter to be the best but on lobster. L-O-Lakes is IT! try it. ...hifitommy

JBL 104s are better. Better bass extension, better imaging as well with the coaxial drivers. :)

Msm da je do 100 evra za powered zvucnike mnogo bolja opcija od nekog 2.1 sistema. Cak mi se i bas svidja. Relativno mi je mala soba,pa mi nista jace i ne treba. Samo bih voleo da cujem sta Z misli o njima.

I have an issue with the bass. Everyone recommends them as desktop speakers but at nearfield listening the bass is too strong. Too much thump that is isntantly fatiguing. Plugging the bass ports improves this but then if I'm standing more than a few feet away they sound flat because of the plugs. I just go them today. Does this issue improve after breaking them in? So far, I'm not a happy camper with these and I've only have them less than an hour.

Don't use a lepai now, buy an amplifier with a TPA3116 chip in it. SMSL amplifiers use TPA3116 chips as well, and TPA3116 amplifiers are cheap on AliExpress en amazing, much better than lepai amplifiers. (zeos please review some china TPA3116 amplifiers, plsss)

So I've been looking for a pair of speakers for my desk. I got the Jamo S803 to your recommendation. They are on the way as I'm writing this. And I feel like theres a video opportunity for you to just make a hiearchy of speakers in the low end. Cuz here's the thing. My only options were either the Jamos, or the SONY SS-CS5. The "five star speakers". Other speakers you gave a great review are not sold here. And from what I can tell, I would have gotten a waaaay better bang for buck with the RB42 and these Neumis, but they are NOT sold in the EU. And thats a bummer. And there are no videos comparing these speakers to each other, so literally I just got the Jamos cuz if you put them on your wall, how bad can they possibly be. And how could you not mention them in this review. They are front ported too. Surely there could have been some comparisons made. Honorable mention to the C91 II, which is being sold in my area, but its a price tier higher, and I wasnt willing to go that high.

I have those jamos on my desk. They’re fantastic. Good choice. Plus in white, they’re sexy as hell with or without grills. Edifier bt 17000s are incredible too for powered in this price range

I live in Europe so I can't get any of these good damn cheap speakers like Micca's a lot of the time. But I consistently see good things about the Presonus Eris 3.5's for their price. Has an optional BT version too. Does anyone have experience with them? You think Zeos would be interested in reviewing them?

Picked these up last month, powered by an SMSL SA-50 and the low end seems to be lacking, I expected more given the size. I wonder if going from the SA-50 to an AIYIMA A07 would help?
