In India, the yogis are doing "Pranayams" (breathing exercises) since centuries. They are done to gain mastery over the bredth and the benefits are unbound. Yoga-nindra is also just one of the traditional yoga techniques practised here in India since centuries.

In Indian 🇮🇳 culture, this technique is called pranayam and it is more than 2000 years old written in our ancient texts... The west is actually adapting our culture by giving it some scientific sense... Love ❤ from India 🇮🇳

The mind affects the body. The body affects the mind. Negative thoughts, like sadness or anger physically activates the body and biochemicals, tear glands, shallow breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, Now try feeling depression while running in a marathon. Impossible. As above so below ☯️

Animals irrespective of country it's born it create same sound, say cow irrespective of country it's born it makes 'maa' sound, that means freedom to animals are limited, but humans are given freedom to speak any languages, it's our duty to make use of this freedom to share knowledge, develop this world by sharing ideas. 😃 Have a nice day 😊

Great video but would I be right in saying a lot of this is taken from Wim Hof? It sounds exactly like his breathing technique and with the cold exposure , if so he should have been mentioned 👍
