And that’s why Attorneys suck. You can protest but once you stop my lawful use of the roads, thank god for cops like these. Don’t protest on the road, then you won’t get slammed.

So if you were j-walking it's OK for the police to run you over? Because that's the logical conclusion of what you are saying. It's OK for the police to to remove you from the road with their vehicle. I don't support these protests but being annoying is no reason to violate someone's rights.

@@debunkthejunk Too extreme. Cops weren’t running over anyone. They were running over the barricades. So your analogy about running over a j-walker doesn’t work. Those protesters violated my rights. If I am driving a semi truck, making money for my family, what gives them the right to block me. They can protest their hearts desire on the side of the road. If a cop were to run over their barricade on the side of the road, I would support the protesters 100%. You do not have the right to impair my legal movement. A cop can for probable cause but not protesters. They do not have this right and if you think that is a right, I encourage you to ask the protesters to block your street, not mine.

@@debunkthejunk There is a difference between intentionally blocking traffic for prolonged periods of times like roadblocks and protests which can turn dangerous and jaywalking of all things.

@@debunkthejunk they weren’t there for 12 seconds though, were they? I saw someone say there were hundreds of cars or something backed up. They were likely there for hours. You cannot impede traffic for such a long time

Two wrongs don't make a right. That lady was chained to the trailer and it got whipped around by 300+ horsepower truck. My back hurts just watching it.

Thank you for pointing that out.I did not realize that before. I now see that she was chained to a trailer that is lawfully to be pulled down the road at 65 mph. Just a HARD bump doesn't seem that bad now! TY4SHARING 🙏 ❤

This guy is wrong...The officers gave the protesters plenty of time to get out of the way and when they refused to he took measures to a new level cause there was 5k cars being held up in the desert going to The Burnings man festival.

@@wesleypepple7525 Well yah, but the irony there is natives set up blockades ALL THE TIME. And it's usually under the premise of protecting the land. I've been to a lot of festivals and they are an environmental disaster at best. If the police rammed through a native blockade with a pick up there would be outrage. js

@@wesleypepple7525 They blocked the international bridge where I live protesting vaccinations. It lasted about 10 days. It stalled $3-6 Billion in trade. Very few people were charged because it was a peaceful protest. Only a fascist would consider it criminal to redress your government in a peaceful manner. Go live in Russia if you truly feel that way. I prefer freedom.

On BOTH sides?? The protesters shouldn't have been in traffic to begin with. I personally don't feel like the Rangers have done Anything wrong. He gave them warnings, and then when they treated him like a joke by Not following his commands to clear out, He took necessary actions. Those "protesters" made it clear that they were chained and locked to the trailer contraption, they refused moving, Cudos to the Ranger.

A longer version of the same video shows miles of backed up traffic. Later you can hear someone yelling at the protesters for blocking someone with an emergency.

Everybody in this thread is responding with the same incorrect comment. These are state roads, they are under Nevada laws. Look up the word "easement". That's why the ranger got in trouble for this, and the protestors are suing. I'm not saying who's right or wrong, just saying that there are laws in life. I don't agree with every law, but unfortunately the courts don't care what the common citizen thinks.

Never hire this guy. He obviously didn't watch the full video. The offficer gave them plenty of time and plenty of warning of what he was going to do as well as why. He informed rhem that what they were doing was illegal. They ignored his warnings and he reponded responsibly.

I don’t see anything wrong with what the ranger did… they were clearly identifying as speed bumps and were treated as such! I would have been more concerned had he not treated them as such because then he would have misidentified them or used the wrong pronouns… good for the officer for respecting their feelings!
