Interesting how he does a quick fient of sorts that seems routine before loading up/swinging. You could say that's his "tell" and something a savvy opponent could pick up on. I wonder if it's part of his muscle-mind routine to then effortlessly trigger a motion he's practice for years. Hmmmmm 🤔

I was impressed just by how far his punches sunk in and the bag barely move, that's mad impressive I tried (im 5'7 180 lbs) my wrist curls on the bag and my pubches have no power maybe its just me though

Depnends on the type of boxing bags. Some are soft and sink in. Others you cannot do what he does in risk of damage to fist 👊
