The piping is filled with gas before/during the tig welding so it reduces the amount of slag inside the piping which decreases restriction due to slag that shouldnt be there in the first place. The process assures smooth transition piping all the way through (seamless)

So how long can you hold the engine at full throttle making a 1000hp and not blow the thing up. You keep it at max power on the dyno for only a couple of seconds whic would not be close to run it through the quarter mile.

I would like to see a BBF 557 Stroker with twin 102mm precision Turbos or a 14-71 Supercharger. I wonder how much power those would make. People asleep on BBF 557 motors

I'd assume this would be at least 30 grand....I'd check their website and tell you, but i'm having an issue with getting their spec sheets w/ prices to appear on my screen, I think I downloaded the wrong program for reading such files.

What's causing it to nose over already at 5400 rpm? Cam or does it need better heads? And what heads are you using with this setup? Also how does it do when it's not pig rich on the top end?

I never heard what the torque measurement was but I'm sure the racing teams know what it is. I wouldn't imagine it would need to be very high to push those little fiberglass cars around.

@AxonHilock Actually the fastest car on the Nurburgring is the Gumpert Apollo. It beat the ACR by 11 seconds.

Basically just blocking the ends of the tubes and injecting argon into them so there's no oxygen getting to the welding process...

I got to hand it to you, It seems you always out beat the Customized Motors that you have built in the past each and every time. Has there been times where the motors not go the way you want? Chad If the frame rails are the same width, you could use engine mounts from an older truck. The bellhousing would need to be figured out, and all that electronic stuff too.

Chad I have basically the same setup in a 94 f150.I'm a journeyman pipefitter and u should have no problem.u have the possibility of oilpan issues,but that's minor.put the motor in ,then have a fabricator to help with any problemswithyour ductwork. good luck.

In the '70s we could make torque and even pull the left front wheel sitting still. That was carburated not injected normally aspirated. Recurve your cam you will make more with less, Then add your turbo and have something. Good luck!

Actually Honda has an F1 engine with more HP than that out of a 4.5L engine; it set a record in F1 racing back in the 80's that still stands today.

You make no sense. The ACR is twice as much as a 370z, but it doesn't have twice the performance. Do see what you sound like? Also the Gumpert Apollo will be produced just as much as the Viper ACR. I don't consider Radicals a production car because it is outright impractical and has no use on the streets other than a show piece.
