ശരിക്കും പറഞ്ഞാൽ കെയർ വർക്കേഴ്സിന് ഫാമിലിയെ കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ പറ്റില്ല. ഇനി അഞ്ചുവർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് പിആർ കിട്ടിയാലും 38000/- സാലറി ഉള്ള ജോലി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമല്ലേ ഫാമിലി വിസ കിട്ടുകയുള്ളൂ

എല്ലാവരുടെയും ചോദ്യമാണ് നിലവിൽ യുകെയിൽ ഉള്ളവരെ പുതിയ നിയമങ്ങൾ ബാധിക്കുമോ എന്നത്. ഉത്തരം വളരെ ലളിതമാണ്. ഒരു നിയമം പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നാൽ അന്ന് മുതൽ ഉള്ള ഓരോ വിസ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനും ആ നിയമം ബാധകമായിരിക്കും , നിലവിലുള്ള ആളുകളുടെ വിസ കാലാവധി തീരും വരെ അത് നിങ്ങളെ ബാധിക്കില്ല എന്നുമാത്രം . എന്നാൽ വിസ Renewal സമയത്ത് രാജ്യത്ത് നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന ഏത് നിയമമാണോ അത് അനുസരിച്ച് മാത്രേ വിസ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ വെയ്ക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ .
