Just watched the OG you and Josh did with Matt. Just wanted to say that I definitely lean more towards Matt with respect to the knock-off products but I still watch you and Josh and love your channels too. I think it was really good of all three of you to share your unique perspectives.

We all have our lines as Matt said, but I do tend to stick to obscure things and most of them don’t really seem to be a copy of anything else. The mainstream are still stuck on pump sprayers when these battery sprayers can do quite well. Only Griots has really tried and they failed miserably. We will see when IK comes out with there to see how good that one is. Foam cannons it’s crazy the copies out there though, but majority of consumers don’t care. He calls MJJC junk copies too even though they were the originator of their designs so hard to fully believe him on some things.

Hi Keav, Thank you for all of your videos. I've been doing a lot of research into what brands and products to buy and look into further for my car/washing experience. Since it's just for me, at home, and more than likely on the weekend - I don't necessarily want to ball out - so no Kranzle for me 😅 But I appreciate your videos. Helping me out a ton with finding the best pressure washer, foam cannons etc under budget. For products, I think im going to go with the entire stjarnagloss line. Jack really sold me on their stuff!

It’s a good time and bad time to choose everything you need. So many great choices out there problem is there are too many choices so it’s hard to make a choice. 🤣 I’ve just been sticking to DIY detail they work for me and I’m not ready to go down the wormhole that is chemicals right now.

@@CarsWithKeav Oh yeah, agreed.. I spent nearly the last 3-4 weeks figuring out products, then finding out there's better etc.. really, anything will do.. all comes down to your liking. But to me, I really like what stjarnagloss got going on, so they'll have my business for sure.

Love these tests and that guys and gals just starting out don't need to spend $89.00 and up to get a desent foam cannon or the top of the line cannon, when getting started. Great job.

It’s a whole new world right now the good cheap options available are staggering. Two years ago cheap foam cannons were exactly what you would expect and to get good performance you needed an $89 foam cannon. That technology has moved its way down via copying mostly, but the consumer wins regardless of how it got created. Now the $89 guys have to innovate to keep their price tag worth it.

It's kinda interesting the orifice sizes weren't the same from the manufacturer. Good drop test comparison, was hoping the clear one made it to the wall. Oops lol

Funny thing only MJJC and MTM seems to be the only ones that are exactly what they say they are. Very few orifices are actually accurate. That is not good.

I hadn't realized that. So it's very possible the inexpensive foam cannons I bought a while ago which came with 1.1 aren't really so. Hmm if I plan on upgrading at some point but i may buy an orifice and see if I get better foam. Good to know, thanks.

@@TRINInDC925 I have found some crazy ones. One time found a 1.1 that measure .99 and a 1.25 that was 1.35. Other issue is the same brand and product the orifice in each product is not consistently off by the same amount. Those are some poor manufacturing tolerances.

Truly enjoying your vids, thank you! Random question...if you were to buy a sub-$100-200 electric pressure washer, which I could use an Uberflex hose and other aftermarket items, which would you buy? I mainly would simply use for washing my two cars on a weekly basis.

Active VE52 is $199, but never used an Uberflex on it to know if it will have issues. Active usually doesn’t work well with them due to how the hose expand as it has no wire braiding.

$100 - Ryobi $130 - Karcher $200 - Active, but no Uberflex as Kiev stated Ryobi and Karcher will have similar performance. Karcher has a bigger form factor, but better quality. I have a 20 year old one as a backup that still works. Active is the next step up in performance.

I love it I use it as my pre-filter for my cr spotless and it has multiple carbon filters in it. I run through filters constant and don’t use the bypass much though.

@@ricklp1861 I’m sure it can as the housing is the same industry standard. I don’t do the hack anymore as I seem to get resin blow y every now and than that block my garden hose sprayer. You can also use bulk resin containers instead do their filters that have much less resin.

Yeah, but now you have to connect and disconnect that foam cannon every time you want to foam or rinse. It is a solution and works just I still prefer the sprayers, but battery powered.

From the looks of it, the plastic up top looks much better quality than the Bear Force lol. But it don't think it's hard to beat the BF. But the clear plastic bottle is what it is.

Yes it seems to be more durable than the Bear Force plastic. Bear force is great and has a few things these don’t have such as flexible tube and weighted ball.

I use this cart amzn.to/44VYzIS best investment in my channel because it tilts horizontal and vertical too. I just used some insulation tape so the hood doesn’t scratch and some foam on the back to keep the hood at the pitch I wanted when horizontal.

Am I seeing that the Eley quick connect coupler is compatible with another brand already installed on the craftsman pressure washer? If so, what’s the combination?

They are both Eley. Their quick connects do not work with any other brands.

I’ve got the quick connect on my eley nozzle but can’t seem to figure out which fitting you’ve used to make it quick connect to the water feed on the pressure washer-that is such a badass idea at 5:33!

@@TheReptilianBrain It’s just their normal Combo of a female QD which I put on the end of the nozzle and the male plug that I connected to the pressure washer. I got lazy with swapping out the nozzles from the shower head to the fan nozzle so I got quick connects on all of them so its quick to switch them out then decided I’ll just buy a bunch more male plugs to put on everything. Use the spray gun on /off to stop the water instead of going to the wall.

I so cringe every time I see you drop one of those and waste the money. In your case it’s makes you money though. Nobody else is gonna drop one of them at head height. Just like you didn’t drop all the other clear bottles in your house and garage. I am sure it happens to a few but so rarely. I see how this video was for me today after your comment on Actives video earlier

That’s what I’m here for so they don’t have to drop it and if it was in their mind to know would it break then I answered the question. Some is in fun and entertaining as well not everything has to be serious and if it survives then that just tells you how durable it is and proves clear is less durable by a long shot. I have had several reach out to me after dropping theirs and breaking when foaming their roof and lost control of the gun. That would be head or shoulder height correct? I have had one break falling off a top shelf where I store them and it was empty (I have never dropped one though). Real world scenario correct? I don’t think you can take one persons perfect world and say that is what happens to everybody else. No hard feeling to any of our conversations, but we are just way off on opinion here and that’s okay. It’s okay to disagree. I filmed this over a week ago would not waste my time to film a video over a single comment that doesn’t agree with me even though sometimes they do get under my skin, but I’m working on dealing with them better.

@@CarsWithKeav I absolutely see your point of one being stronger without a doubt. My problem is I don’t see the scenario of dropping one from even head high. It seams like even foaming a roof you would have a decent hold on a wand and possibly two hands on if using an extension. Either way I will let it go. I disagree on this one point but love your reviews otherwise. I can’t say this one point erases so many other great reviews that you have given. Thanks
