I'm all moved into my new apartment in LA! In this video, I set up my bedroom and give a quick tour of the rest of the apartment. Since we just moved in, we don't have much furniture so it's mostly plants lol. It's a 3 bedroom apartment for $3500 a month split ways ($875) which isn't so bad for Los Angeles. I only include the price since I think it gives people a realistic expectation of rent prices, which I'm always curious about when I watch apartment tours. So far I really love the apartment and being in LA. A lot of my best friends live here so it's been fun to hang out with all of them.

Jesus!! This apartment is simply perfect for every plant lover!!! It is so bright with each corner getting a percentage of sun each time of the day!!! Also loved the minimal look it has, with white walls, and cabinets, and marble... dude, you hit the jackpot!! 😍😍😍😍😍

Benji, your bed room looks so clean and simple, which i rly love abt your new place!! I also love how light pours down into your apartment and it would be perfect for your plants to grow! glad that your room is decluttered! i realized that keeping that many plants where you're supposed to relax is probably super stressful. personally i don't have many plants rn because I'm leaving the country where i live rn once i graduate in 3 years, but once i move I'll get some nicer plants.
