In Argentina we don´t have Mexican fast food chains like Taco Bell, but i have eaten there twice (once in Chile and once in the USA) and once at Chipotle in the USA. I definitley prefer to eat at mexican mom and pop shops, especially because i can try the same home made food but with touches from different regions of Mexico!

I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time ! I will need to visit soon. They won’t have Poutine here in Vegas, but they do have other goodies 😋

I live in Edinburgh, Scotland. And I'm so lucky to have a restaurant that makes Poutine. Not sure how authentic it is, but definitely has the squeaky cheese curds, fries (chips😂) and gravy. The side size is like a main meal and does me! They also do a Montreal Cheese steak sandwich, which again, not sure how authentic, but its by far the best of both in Edinburgh.

I hadn’t had Taco Bell quesadillas in maybe 5 years and got a chicken one on a whim several months ago. I totally forgot it comes with a creamy jalapeño sauce in it and it surprised me with that little bit of spiciness as-is.

Great video Ken!! 👍.... I use to work at McDonald's(Manager) but before I was a Crew Member they told us to try to upscale with 2 apple pies..... Lol

easy as pie to make at home ham/cheese butter both sides butter your pan but get your pan not hot grilled cheese heat wise medium high. toast one side check done ness flip should be toasty brown. theirs at taco bell might have used a panini press then add the cheese shredded finished in the oven under broil just enough to melt the cheese. you can cut it wedges or rectangles. what ever floats your boat with toppings. or done completely in a broiler oven? have ask a taco bell worker? yours least taco 🌮 bell needed to stuff it with something. looking at your picture it stuffed with baby shrimp my vote would recommend if they add or stuff it with re fried beans etc jazz it up.

Hey Ken, if you like soda and can't fully drop it bc you miss the taste of soda, try Zevia. It's 0 calories & sweetened with Stevia extract, so no sugar. I did that myself middle of last year, and actually lost about 20-25 lbs. in a 3-4 month span. It's hard when you go out to eat, but I guess water is good enough in that instance. :) Although I still cannot fathom going to Taco Bell and NOT getting some of their sauce. It just adds that extra oomph for me with their food.

After cutting out soda almost completely I only saw a 7 pound weight loss the first week. No changes to how I feel and after those 7 pounds nothing else. It has been 4 months. I don’t think a soda a day changes how healthy you are!
