SO i recall first finding you when it was "in the shop with Emily". You two are fantastic. We have met multiple times at events but the best thing has been watching you grow as a family. Watching "The Kid" grow up with you two has been great. She reminds me of my step daughter. Same hair and humor etc. It is awesome

I think it's winch time. Get Warn to provide a front mount and a smaller one on a slide in the receiver one, and an additional deep cycle battery for it. Love the t-shirt Emily but watch those exposed belt buckles around Fiona's beautiful deep forest green paint! Lol.

The bronco auxiliary switches already have relays installed so you don’t need the relays that came with the lights. Just check the fuse rating for the circuit you’re using (they’re not all the same).

Saw a Bronco on the road in our neighborhood. (Houston) Looked almost identical except Ruby instead of Green. I had not seen one in the real metal world. It is an impressive vehicle. Good job.

A quick hint about cats. My Maine Coon brings in mice. Some are dead and some are to play with later. Also birds, squirrels, and once a snake and then a small rabbit. The Bronco is very spiffy!

I missed y'all a couple days ago because I was helping my kid move. Fiona will definitely light up the night now for sure! I HATE WIRING.... That really doesn't look to bad though. They can say whatever they want about Ford's but they definitely made it easier to modify. Love and hugs from Waco.😁

I just did the table install on my jeep gate. Love it other then the little cables seem too weak. Obviously mine was different then yours. There is hundreds of different ones.

From what the early Bronco owners have found when really hitting it off road with the IFS on the Bronco you probably need to upgrade the front suspension. LiteBrite has some videos detailing the products out there to overcome the factory weakness in the front axles, etc. Nice light upgrade...ought to be able to find those boondocking spots easily after dark!

My suggestion is to remove the relays when you’re cleaning up the wiring as they just add complexity and failure points, Aux 1 is listed as 30A which is more than enough for the Front LEDs.

defo keep one of the kittens as a shop cat especially if it turns out to be a good mouser. could call it two stroke ala the Ogri cartoon from the UK. The Kid, will always be The Kid even when she's 100!! and all those little mods, the finishing touches, to Fiona just make her better and more yours

If I'm not mistaken If the head of the bolts have Bronco on them then Ford has something that will replace whatever is bolted to that spot or at least planned on having something there. Great job on getting Fiona outfitted and ready to go on the trails!

Aaron & Emily - Earl in San Antonio here (the one who will never stop bothering you for that Fury). I saw some great Bronco accessories on Matt Carriker;s (Demolition Ranch Matt) put on his Bronco. The ones specifically are the ones in the back cargo area. Now I know you put that storage unit back there and it ate up some space but take a look at another alternative you have with storage around the windows. If you are interested go to OffTheRanch video from 14 September titled, "I Got Another Bronco... But This One is Special..." and go to the 6:57 mark. Check it out!!

The amperage is going to the relay the switch just turns the relay on. So I hope you used the lower amperage circuits for the lights

There are pickups now with duel action tailgates, which can swing out or pull down. There are some with French door tailgates. I agree that Ford should not sell such an expensive vehicle with all luxury electronics and interior, yet leave off the basic items like hood struts etc. My Ram Limited with adjustable ride height is about the same price and is about as off road as the Bronco, yet has everything, all I have added is a cold air intake.

If anyone wants to see what the cost of a Bronco gets someone, just look at the one on Matt’s Off Road and Recovery. That thing has conquered places that the big hardcore off-road rigs couldn’t do.

I would think all 3 sets of bumper lights wouldn’t draw anywhere near 30amps they all could be run off one relay to simplify the wiring. Jumper all 3 on one side to a single harness and run them to the single relay. The way you are doing it you are running a lot of wiring that is redundant.

All that but at the end of the day is STILL a..... FORD. Is there anything about aiming those lights? Nothin worse then driving up the road when one of the lesser intelligent of our species installs aftermarket lights and they are aimed directly into on coming traffic blinding them.

Ya know, I finally got to the end of your 33 minute vid ( I still think these should be distilled down to under 25 mins), and was struck by the look of Aaron's eye glass frames, and I vote for a more modern upgrade, what do you think?
