I ordered Cuivre and Brun et Rose from Nordstrom. So they're on the way. I have the 9 pan Chanel palette that you may have been thinking of. I can definitely see how those may be similar. Same with the Glam palette from Natasha Denona, and others. But I really fell for the packaging. I'll be very interested to see them on you. What nail color is that? Enigme? Thanks for the video! That's true Chanel, every detail thoughtfuly on its place. Interested in two warm palets, but probobly would skip having too much already. Erin, please, do that pumpkin palette with a khaki or even forest-green liner maybe on the bottom lid, should look amazing!

Thank you for the great review! I wanted 1 & 2 initially but after seeing them swatched I think I love 1 & 4! Disappointed with the online launch however, as soon as I saw the countdown clock I knew it was gonna be a disaster haha. Sites still don't seem to prepare well for all the traffic they're gonna get when they do timed launches like this; I wish they had just released them quietly like their normal launches. I managed to get #1 and now trying for #4, fingers crossed! Looking forward to the additional reviews.

I have purchased #1 and #4 and was considering to get #3 aswell but that orange colour is to orange for me and with that pricetag I will save my money for the Holiday collection. I was so 10000% sure i’d get brun et rose and ended up with fauve. I’m going to take that orange shade all oover the lid and blow it out with the peach 😊. And then i’m going to do a look with the purply brown and the gold. I see it already! I do have to say, I am not liking this price increase so over the top even for LE items. I always get the collections but between L’extrait and this…. Hmmm 🤨

03 one is my favorite 🤩 and those tweed compact holder, I’d insert my Chanel 5 soap bar in the tweed pouch to stash in my dresser and just keep it in there untouched. It’ll be perfect staple that can be used in variety of ways.

I love both these eye looks on you; the purple is much more daytime, while the orange/fall inspired, for most would be a more evening look. The purple does look lovely with your blue eyes and blonde hair. Gorgeous!

You have so summed up the collection, it's not for everyone. Which is not to say that it would not be perfect for the next person, the actual thing is though, you have made a beautiful look from a palette you were not fussed on and made it look amazing. If you can think it you can do it 💗💗💗💗

Love your videos!💕 Would love to see a comparison of the Cuivre & the Intense 5 pan from last year. Seems very similar with the exception of the green color in the Intense palette- the other colors all seem very similar?! Love to know your thoughts on comparison? If you already have Intense 5 pan - is the Cuivre the same- no need to have both? Thoughts- anyone? 🙏🏻

The pourpre purple palette is the best for me, over 50 very fair. It has the least glittery particles. As you said, something for everyone!

You gave us a great review! I love the packaging so much but I am skipping on this collection due to the price. I just can’t justify it to myself when I have all these colors in better quality eyeshadows. The one that is most interesting to me is the cuivre but I’ve seen the sneak peek of the holiday palette and it looks similar so I’m waiting for that one instead. Hope it’s not $88 too😬

I have all four of these and have worn each. The 03 Tweed Fauve is my least favorite. I hope I can find a way to use it that will make me like it more. My favorite is the 01 Cuivre, followed by 04 Brun et Rose. The 02 Pourpre is not as purple as I had hoped, but that may make it more wearable. I have bought both LE pencils and have used the both. I like both, and I have to admit how surprised I am that I like the Bois Noir. I was afraid it would be black, but it is a very deep brown. I think it’s time for me to go on a no-buy makeup “diet” for awhile, lol.

I haven't had much luck with Chanel palettes. Not enough pigment. I've tossed at least 3. Still looking for my holy grail.

That's a hard call, I think the 02 pourpre palette would create beautiful contrast with hazel eyes but it depends on your personal preference! xx

I love the purples and plums in eyeshadow, so natch want #2, but by the time I get my money this month, they will be all sold out lol. I really don't like that terra cotta color in the one palette, although you made it work.

There’s classes you can take to learn. I’ve started learning crotchet couple years ago and love making things. I’m gonna find out how to do tweeds.

I bought 04 Brun et Rose 🌹 and while there’s nothing spectacular about the colors, let’s be honest, I really bought it for the tweed sleeve. I’m not even a crazy Chanel lover, I just love a good collectors piece.

I'm so glad you were able to get through eventually! They are affiliate links so I do make a small commission however they just link straight to the website so there were still a lot of issues on my end. The shadows are beautiful so hopefully they ship quickly :) xx

Hello Erin. I placed my order by phone at the Chanel boutique in Brickel about three weeks ago.I decided not to get the purple one. Are not my colors. She called me maybe Monday My order was ready to ship. I paid by phone and now I am waiting. Very nice sales person. XO.

These are the smallest eye shadow palettes. You can barely see the tweed on my brun et rose palette bc they’re so tiny. Not worth the money!!

I don’t understand why all KZfaqrs are complaining about the payoff of these eyeshadows. This is how makeup is supposed to function - to enhance our natural beauty! It’s not supposed to be plastered all over the face like bright clown makeup. lol Plus, keep in mind this is Chanel - and it’s a very French approach. Simple, light, easy, not too much.
