HI Abe, I have a question, i'm a student and i'm doing a character for my final prject school, i'm wondering if i should retopo quadro the whole character? or can I retopo it (except face and hands) with zremesher?

It depends a lot on the character, send me some images on discord and I can give you a more precise answer. However ideally yes retopoing everything will give you more control and a better result

Hi. Unfortunately due to time zone differences I don't always get to watch streams. So I will ask my questions here about the courses. If I buy one of the courses today or the other day, can I not watch it immediately, but, for example, in a month, when it will be more convenient for me? Will this course be available to me at any time? For example, if I forget something that is mentioned in the course and I want to revisit it, will I be able to do so?

I'm REALLY interested in this course, though I don't use Maya. I work with Blender. Will the Udims section be applicable? I have a really rough time understanding UDIMS. Thanks for your time.

Yes of course , the setup might be slightly different but the principles are exactly the same. In chapter 5 I also cover the blender setup for the final textures

When I export from Maya to Substance Painter, the UVS position of my model gets changed. How to fix it? Please help

Try changing the fbx format to an older version. I have experienced the bug you mentioned and that seems to fix it.

Also make sure to freeze transformation and delete history
