Small bench vise is a necessity. Get a solar motion led light. Put the panel on the roof and then install light inside. I have them on farm buildings with no power so when you go in them at night you have light as soon as you open the door. Super bright too. Hanging rack on door for extensiin cords, booster cables, air hose. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS!!! A little spray glue then your drawer liners will stay put.

Hinge a piece of 3/4 inch plywood from the floor up to hold all the drawers in place when travelling, and hook it up to back wall. When working in trailer just leave plywoood down on floor and stand on it.

Nice shop trailer Mike! Might consider the top 4-5 common repair tasks and equip it for those... and go from there. I'm thinking emergency repair work will be done with this trlr... routine planned maintenance will be done elsewhere. Maybe some form of lift jack. a tow strap - chains, heavy tools-crow bar, sledgehammer, shovel.....ample inside and outside lighting. Supply of lubes, starter fluid, common wear parts, fuses, and handy items like paper towels, and glass cleaner.) Battery grease gun, battery impact wrench, air compressor. generator, battery charger, Might think about emergency items... first aid supplies, skin/eye flushing. Maybe a set of inclement clothes -rain - cold weather gear. Is this helpful??

An all weather outlet on the back of the box to feed power from the generator into the box. Some exterior work lights. How about a water tote and electric power washer to clean off bird poo and the like? :)

You will need some ventilation for sure; It’s fine right now, but in the Summer with the door closed, it’ll easily get to 120 degrees Fahrenheit inside that bad boy.

Instead of putting oil inside the trailer, make a cage in the extra space between the fuel tank and def tote. Put pails on the bottom and jugs higher up,kind of like what you have on the spray trailer. Will keep the mess on the outside of the mini shop.

Nice trailer, consider, 1. Flooring tiles, as used in garages. Better, and more comfortable footing. 2. Melamine, panels on wall and ceiling. 4x8 sheets. Simple screw attachment, or glue. Washable, and will reflect much light. 3. Led lighting in ceiling. 12 volt. Trailer will be great asset. Good job

I would put a solar panel with battery system, on the top of the shed unit to run the lighting and charging of drill batteries. Which may be able to run the gas pump instead of running the generator for that all the time. Likely still needing the gas generator at times for the air compressor

Looks good Mike. Vice would be good on the toolbox. Double Sided 3M tape and some Velcro would help keep things in place inside the drawers. Especially the foam tool holders. Get a thin 3/4 piece of foam and cut to the drawer size then cut out for a spot to put all pliers. The won’t roll around in the drawer and you can easily see which one has disappeared.

Draws can b kept in place by 3 vertical bars in the middle of each row of draws. You need a detachable outdoors vice for stuff to big to go indoors , also perhaps a drop down outdoor workbench and also 4 halogen worklights that are adjustable on roof or side for doing repairs in the dark.

We put our toolbox on 2x6’s on edge running front to back. One on each end, one in the middle, then 1/2 or 3/4” plywood across. Tool box on top of that. It keeps that space free for tools/parts, etc. Also, we drilled a hole in the plywood centred in front of each column of drawers. The we run a rod down through an eyelet in the top workbench, down in front of the drawers.

Nice trailer Mike!! Since you seem to be a Milwaukee fan, I would suggest buying a couple pack out large wall plates and mount them to the wall. Then you could add different sized pack out organizer toolboxes to hang on there for misc. parts, bolts, etc. That way you can just pluck them off the wall and take them to work on equipment or whatever. Love your videos, anxious for planting season!!

Mike my opinion it’s still worth it to have a little light above the tool box since you are going to have to have power to run the pumps and I would use some sheet metal and hinges and make a little door system on the front of it you can lock it and the drawers don’t come open

I have a 16’ cargo trailer with a battery and two inside lights. Every year I say this is the year I’m going to install clear running lights every 4’ or closer all the way around so that at night I can see where I’m walking. The outside of the cabin part gives you good height for brighter lights for night work.

Led rope lights or strip lights across each cross member along the roof and down the walls by the tool box would work amazing, wire the trailer light harness with the 7 pin and use 12vs from it to power all the lights. Vise outside on removed stake pocket and lien the other guy said Milwaukee pack outs for bolts and some other tools to bring to the equipment to work on, also maybe a floor jack or bottle jacks would be handy to have along with some big timbers

For the walls, run a skeleton frame of tubing similar to what is on the roof vertically and attach to the roof tubing and the floor. Then you can attach some 3/4” plywood to the wall tubing to which you can attach any shelving that you install. Sure, you lose a couple inches inside doing it this way but no worries as to where you can hang anything you want.

white board, shelves, for wire storage you could take a piece of pipe and some screw eyes for holding rolls of wire,, milk crate or bin for the bolts with bags inside, consider looking into metal pegboard, i would look at generator inverter setup so you have power with a solar panel on the roof. i would make sure to take the handle off the tool box and put on a prybar rack...angle iron would work to store them standing up, for storing the power tools you can take some pvc pipe and cut it out for handles so they could be mounted to a wall or shelf

Put the toolbox on 4x4’s and it’ll last longer than on wheels. Then you can use 1” sheet metal screws and go on the wall studs. They run vertically but they cover the crews with that thin tack trim that’s on tue walls. Just for looks. E-track is your friend on tue walls. Helps distribute weight and then go and get you the e clip accessories. There are hundreds of different kinds from pegs to loops to brackets.

Once you have had one of these systems on a trailer the investment will be totally appreciated due to how well a trailer pulls & stays straight in line.

Exterior. Extra tote with 40 or more gallons of water to fight fire and clean hands etc Bigger generator to avoid gas fumes. Rack behind enclosure for towing straps , cribbing/jackstands. Large adjustable flood lights on all for corners. Interior . Airhose hose reel. Looks like a sharpie mark at the roof behind the cabint to show metal studs. Outside should be rivets locating them as well. 2 in webbing to hold the cabinet up high. 4x4 to hold wheels. 2 thin boards trapped behind webbing above and 4x4 below to hold drawers shut. Minimum of two 4ft prybars. Bolts in tubs on floor. First aid kit with saline solution for eyewash ,eyes are irreplaceable. Cut off jack handle weld 3/4 nut in its place.weld 3/4 socket to handle . A cordless drill (do not use an impact) with a 3/4 socket in low...to raise the jack easily. Mount a vice on trailer somewhere convenient. Attach spare tire. Alway carry an 6x6 with a steep angle cut on all multiple axle trailers. When you have a flat, simply pull a good tire up the incline to elevate the flat. And change the tire, flip block sideways to set the jack on while unhooking. Knipex plierswrench, 4ft minimum prybar, electrical tape and zip ties gets you out of many bad situations! Microwave inside if you want fancy food like hotpockets😅

Maybe you can use a hot wire foam cutter to make the foam thinner. I think a lot of it is just to make it stronger, but if you just leave it in the drawer it should be fine if it’s a little weaker than usual. Another option is to make your own foam cutouts but I think could take a lot of time.

Probably leave the wheels on the toolbox but mount it on some wooden blocks next to the wheels & bolt it down through the floor. Maybe consider a water tank alongside the fuel & def tanks, if you have a steel tank you won't need a waterpump as you can use the aircompressor to pressurise the tank enough to get a good blast of water from the hose, an ideal firefighting rig especially for internal combine smoldering. Apart from spares & tools you'll need oils & petrol too. Lastly would a solar panel or two on the roof keep a couple of large batteries charged, used with an inverter it should run a coffee machine & maintain Suzy & Sally along with you phone as you can never have enough charging leads.

You wouldn't lose any space. I would make two one for each side basically it would look like a shelf bracket just up side down. For added strength you could weld a strap two both across the back and drill one hole through the tubing behind the box to bolt it to the wall. I would also use aluminum shelves to keep down on weight. I personally would have gone the route of a service bed like Brian farming then there's not traitor hook up and unhooking you could have a portable compressor and torch maybe even welder. I would also go to thunder creek trailers web site and just get ideas from there trailers. Love your channel can't wait for the videos to come out.

I would install a eye bolt at the top of each drawer section and drill a hole in the 2x4 and install a steel rod to keep the drawers closed.

Put some 4x6 blocks or whatever underneath the tool box to slightly lift the wheels off the floor, some cleats in front so it can't slide forward, or maybe angle brackets bolted into the bottom of the box, and then a couple of angle brackets on the top holding it to the wall.

And yes, paint the inside white so it's brighter, and paint the floor before you move everything in

Its probably already done, but I would weld up some steel feet to swap out with the wheels so you could bolt it down and keep it at the same height.

2 2x4's on bottom, eye hooks and use small ratchet straps to hold it against the wall during travel is an option.

How about taking the wheels off the big tool box and then putting a length of wood across the front to hold it in place, the wood can be braced through the floor.

Fasten a pair of top- and bottom-2x4s to the trailer structure in front of the tool cabinet. That will form cross rails for two or three vertical posts to secure the drawer banks. When the trailer is parked, those posts can be unlatched and removed or slid to the side -- depending on what hardware you use to latch them into the top and bottom 2x4s. Regardless, that cabinet would tip over at highway speeds, so you need that top brace as well as the floor one. More LEDs, that whiteboard, an eye wash station, some form of hand sanitizer dispenser (liquid or wipes) and a good first-aid kit should join a marine-grade 10lb fire extinguisher in that space. When I researched to buy fire extinguishers decades ago, I selected Amerex for my parents' home. Don't waste your money on those throwaway hardware store brands. Get something that will not deteriorate while sitting around for years and can actually be inspected and recharged periodically. Needless to say, I'd place GPS tracker tags of whatever brand (Apple?) you prefer inside the choice pieces of equipment you plan to house in there. Stuff like Honda generators, small compressors and welders that you mentioned can grow legs. A Come Along puller, a tow strap, some bungee cords and extra tie-down straps could find a home there too. If you get that Keurig then you'll need a couple of good-sized biscuit tins from home for your go-withs like granola bars and consumable coffee stuff. Don't forget to stock little trash bags to clear out daily garbage or the mice will invade. The trash pail will have multiple emergency uses as well. Have fun shopping. Don't forget to show us the fuel tank being installed on the deck.

You need to fix the tool chest at the back also you need spare keys on the wall and a sign ""Have You Locked The Tool Box" If not fixed to the wall under heavy braking all draws would fly out and topple over with the weight in the draws if not locked
