Unfortunately the event is over so you can’t get it in game any more, but the event also explains that there is a final 5th part to the Kasen story that is sort of written between the lines, without telling it outright. If you piece the 4 sections together, you see that the 5th kasen (Black) framed Red for plagiarism, and White uncovered it by washing away the plagiarists ink that was not waterproof, Blue saw this passing by and wrote about it in his poem. Black stole the page of incriminating evidence from drunken Green. The event ties it together well because it’s also an allegory for how Kazuha’s family was framed in the past that lead to their downfall. And using water on the event’s painting reveals the real culprit Scaramouche.

They are like a trinket they have on their person (a gem the color of their element , in a casing in the shape of their nation) like the one you see at 17:24: purple electro gem, with the casing of the nation of Inazuma. Characters use this to channel their elemental power. Visions are randomly given to people whose "aspirations/ambitions reaches the heavens" and "the gods look upon them with favor". So it is basically a blessing for people. But because they have a physical form, that means they can also be forcibly taken away. Speaking of religions, each region has mythology based on real world counterparts, but as a whole Genshin’s base lore has a very Platonic or Gnostic framework to it. Archons have authority over the physical world, and there is sort of an underlying question if this reality is real, and slowly uncovering and questioning the heavenly authorities motivations. There are a lot of theories by fans, but the game really hasn’t revealed that much of it yet.

He's a professional storyteller entertaining costumers in a restaurant, so he mostly just tells legends and tales he hears about. So he's more akin of a audiobook narrator than a priest. In Liyue, they are literally everywhere and their Archon, Rex Lapis, visits them once a year to talk to the mortal leaders of the nation. You know each region is more or less protected by an Archon (a god) and in Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa is, you're right, the Archon. But she's different because she wants to overthrow the Heavenly principle (Celestia, you may have heard this name) and so the main bad guys, the Fatui are under her commands.
