I just want to thank you for all the tips and positivity in regards to nursing school. I remember asking you for tips in regards to your nursing school journey specifically Keiser university and I’m happy to say that I just finished my BSN Keiser journey April 25. Now that I’m transitioning to taking my NCLEX soon and being a new grad nurse I look forward to watching videos on how that transition is like especially in the aspect of “not feeling 100 prepared”. Hii ! You apply for any position offered at TGH and if you are a new grad nurse, you're automatically eligible for the Nurse residency program! We meet once a month for an entire year :) hope this helps! You got this 🤍

Walakum Salam! Thank you so much for your support! School and being an RN isn't easy but Alhamdulillah it's very rewarding 🤍✨ There are programs to get your Associates Degree in the Science of Nursing and/or Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing. Depending on if it's Accelerated or not, some ASN programs average to be 16 months. BSN programs can be 3-4 years. I earned my ASN, took my state exam and now InshaAllah I'll finish my BSN. RNs have a lot of rolls. In the hospital we take care of patients with medications, plan on what they need to leave the hospital & what they will need after. We work with doctors, physical therapists, surgeons ... to form a plan on how to get the patient better. For 12 hours we monitor their vital signs & make sure the patients have what they need to heal ❤️ Hope this helps habibti !!
