Did the exact same swap on a Mercedes Metris I used to own. The USA models in 2016 had a horrid passenger side mirror that felt like looking through a rifle scope. Combine that with zero visibility past the B-pillar and you've got a MASSIVE blind spot. Fortunately the Vito (same model in EU) has convex mirrors; found some on Ebay and did the swap. Dramatic improvement.

I wish my install went that smooth! Ford replaced my passenger side mirror, and apparently also had difficulty with the BLIS plug. Cause it literally just fell apart and I had to repin the connection. On the driver side I just moved the BLIS tabs with needle nose

Most people don’t adjust their side mirrors correctly. You should not see the side of your car in either of your mirrors from the regular seated position. Properly adjusted mirrors do not require a second mirror unless you are towing. Adjust your mirrors for the blind spot. Plenty of videos on KZfaq that detail this.

I finally received my mirrors today that were ordered first week of February. Seems they no longer provide a trim removal tool

Got mine too after a huge delay .. yet i cant understand how to remove the mirror!

@khalifaalfalasi1166 just push on the top of the mirror to tilt it all the way up. Get your fingers behind the bottom of the mirror and just pull it off is all I did. I'm a bit disappointed because the mirror is about 1/8 an inch smaller on all sides than the original, which means it leaves a big gap all the way around and looks ridiculous. Plus the wires have nothing holding them in place, so now they are hanging outside the huge gap. I was going to pull them off to fix the wires but the mirror seems to be weaker than the original and felt as if it would break if I pulled too hard to remove them after they are snapped in all the way.

Great vid , you need to take a break on bronco accessories and put the money toward rensurfacing that driveway. You cant have that expensive Bronco sitting on that roadmap of a driveway. Keep up the good work

That’s on the to-do list! Actually saving up to build a garage right now, once that is completed resurfacing the driveway is next on the list. Didn’t want to resurface the driveway only to have it damaged during construction of the garage.
