You mean FedEx lmao I work for Amazon and the only guys I see throwing packages are FedEx dudes they throw everything we literally have to set it nicely at your door or we will get fired we have cameras watching us 24/7 and Karen's like you who prolly put notes for us to do make it to where we have to be nice and do exactly what you want with the package or we will be fired cause shit ass Amazon cares more about you customers then they do us employees but let's say your wine glasses did get broke we have an amazing return policy you will get a new one the next day so quit complainin. Plus most the packages that are messed up is because the shitty warehouse workers we have they ruin so much stuff its ridiculous but they don't get in trouble or watched whatsoever so nothing gets done about it
