Can't wait to try this program! I'm coming to a end with your massbuilder program and it is killer man...not only did I put mass and build strength in the gym but outside the gym my everyday life has been so much better definitely one of the best program I have ever ran! Thank You Brian

I'm about to start wave 2 on of the power builder program. And I love it. It has heavy shit. Intensity. Hard conditioning ect.

Looking at the program now. Is the whole workout doing the strongman then strength then hypertrophy all in the same workout or is it strongman on week one then strength on week 2?

Brain’s 25 dollar program are so worth it!! I can’t look at a clock the same without doing a burpee…lol! Just finishing up the 4 horsemen program. I’ve added 30lb to squat, 25lb to my bench 15lb to OHP so far. Looking to add another 25lb to my dead’s on Monday. Brain’s programs are awesome and you definitely will not be the same person at the end of the programs.

I finished the power builder program first then went into the horsemen program a week later. My starting weights Dead’s 360lb Bench 260lb OHP 140lb Squat 350lb New PRs after Bench 285lb Squat 380lb OHP 175lb Dead’s still pending but hoping to hit 385 or 405lb. Hopes this helps. Yea the program is a total sweat fest

No problem Height is 5”9 Weight between 240 to 250. I’m on a diet also. High protein with low carbs. But I’m my squat and dead’s days I’ll eat carbs because the workouts are so exhausting and I need the extra carbs on those days.
