Thanks for the walk thru Robin. I know it was a super bright day out, but some of the video was a bit dark. Beautiful home, but hard to understand how this home increased in value by $220k in 2 years? Were there major improvements I missed that drove to this price? The bond being paid off is actually a negative for anyone needing a mortgage to buy this property as the bond interest rate was in the 3% vs the current +7% rate, so basically double the interest. Best of luck

@@stevehenningson8803 No, unless I missed it. Price dropped ~$24k on 5/01. Still has a ways to go to return to normal price trends. To be honest if the owner needs to sell they need to knock another $100k off and it will sell in a week.
