We didn’t want to wait months for a lifestyle visit so we drove down to just check it out and visit my cousin who lives there. Ended up buying a new courtyard villa in Dabney. Closes in 3 weeks. We paid cash because not paying 3% of purchase price for closing costs to get a loan. Thats like 12 k

Great info about the Daily Sun activity listings. For the recreation center activities, can anyone (Village resident) show up and participate? Are those all free? Thanks!

They are free but many you will need to register or call the organizer to join

Great overview!! You need a really really long piece of paper to print the Village map! 😂 I did get it printed but I had to do it in sections.

Robyn, I hope you have your web designer check to make sure your site works on the browser on the Fire Stick on TV. We find it much better to view on our big screen rather than trying to use it on a tiny laptop screen.

Prices do need to come down.Still seeing Patio villas over $300k, that's way too high for what you're getting, IMO

Robyn, there's been quite a bit of criticism recently about abuse by HOAs. Have there been problems with The Villages' HOAs? Does each community have its own HOA?

We are not an HOA community. We are comprised of CDD districts which do not operate the same as an HOA structure.
