I really like pickled things on pizzas. I sometimes try to keep the sodium content low in my pizzas and I find that acidic pickled things brighten up and enhance the flavours without needing as much salt. Crazy spring rolls sound interesting.

I can't remember the crazy sides, one was bacon wrapped pickles, the spring roll was a pizza one and something else.

Pickles on a pizza 🍕 ? I never seen that before

It has all the potential to be really bad, but there's a little golden triangle that works wonders, pickle, cream cheese, ham or bacon in this case. When I was a kid I had a snack where you take a slice of ham, spread some cream cheese on it, and roll a dill pickle in it, amazing!
