As some have noticed. The medals you can claim as f2p are 3800 and not 3700 in total. This does not change the recommend rewards tho. 😇 I guess I should go back to school and math class. 😂

One time i wish they didnt listen to part of the playerbase that complains that the pass is "to grindy" which made them have to lower the rewards to compensate for making events shorter

I forget how good of a player you are. I tried to do your double hero charge and could not make it work, queen or warden always ended up dying because it was so hard to multi task. Props to you. I use fireball with root riders valks, overgrowth and rages now and that is working very well for me though

There was 1 clan in our cwl this month that got 43-45 stars in ever single war. All of them used this weird, 3 heal spell, root rider + 3 e titan army. But the cool thing was they all had maxed vampstache + giant gauntlet. I have never seen vampstache be used before, yet every single one of them had it maxed. It was crazy how much value their king got with it. Completely changed my opinion on the vampstache

I’ve been using Vamp + Gauntlet as well, and King makes it to the end of the fight every single time. Gauntlet and Vamp combined equals so much passive self healing, as well as for each hit. Even when he gets caught up on walls it’s not the end of the world because he just gets back to max health off breaking through a wall 😂

I've been using Queen charge super hogs with healing tome and hog puppet. Super fun and super strong. I'll be adding a few rocket loons to funnel queen during this event.

I guess in last super dragon event, the free purple ores were of 350. Prior to that event, we used to get more purple ores. This time it's 250 for free pass. At this rate, we will get only 100 purple ores in free passes in future.😂

People complained of constant events + their grindy nature. Now they made the events short and easy to complete but reduced reward. It's a fair thing to do. Be happy there is at least something to get extra ores.

@@nilanjanmahinder5431 The rewards that you get by purchasing pass is the same as before, it's the free rewards that got reduced. As far as pass being costly in India, well Supercell is based on Europe (Finland) where everything is costlier so they can't afford to lower their price unfortunately.

I agree, but you also need to look at introduction of ores in trader for raid medals. They’re just balancing it out a bit for f2p players, overall the net ore gain is increased across the board. We need to count our blessings here

They said this event would focus on ores….. less ores than the previous event passes supercell is making the hero equipment so not fun because ores are impossible to get unless you actually have hundreds of dollars. There needs to be an actual way to farm ores instead of just warring all the time that’s not realistic? How am I supposed to upgrade my hero’s and also be warring 30 days a month ?

Imo glowy ores are more valuable since they allow you to play with different equipments sooner instead of marginally improving a lv 15+ equipment

Because the events get smaller and players have complained that those events are too grindy so supercell made them less grindy, but adjusted the rewards.

Shiny is the most easiest one to get. I’m having issue with equipment because I need more glowy and starry. If you want to upgrade equipments like gauntlet and frozen arrow to max it’s 125 starry for level 24 and 150 for level 27.

@@umaruchan8828the one negative about this when u go over 5000 trophies and the sign up to legend league appears if u forgot to revenge someone to lose trophies u can hit the sign up button accidentally, I have done that twice now it’s really annoying because in order to get out of legend league u need to stop attacking at least 1 day so u lose enough trophies to drop…

Works aswell. In the end it depends on the equipments you want to upgrade. If you dont like any of the epic equipments, you dont need starry ore for example. Just get the ores you need. :)

@itzueng ......Apart from all the other worries from lack of resources,as a f2p am also bothered abt something that no one is talking abt...i do like the event statues that SC push on us through these events but won't these fill the max 45 spawn limit in the home village nd stop us from getting any more gems by clearing the obstacles????? Gems r getting more valuable especially since the equips cost those ridiculous amounts

You can always stash them away. Use them to spice up your war base decor or something. Choose a few good ones for your main base.

The total number of players has decreased since december, according to some public data. Peak of player during certain days increased, though. I believe it has to do with fomo, especially about ores

Use th 12 and 13 accounts as most coc players are on th12 and th13. Hence more audience as I my self as th12 player am not interested in watching th16 attacks as they have zero utility for me and also skips the videos. Glowy ore still the limiting factor for th15 and below. Only barely need more starry ore at th16. Is absurdly unbalanced

I guess it depends who you ask what "unbalanced" means. :D I think for the majority of clashers th 16 right now is perfectly balanced. For some of the top teams in the world it is unbalanced. Always depends on your perspective. :)

@@itzueng-clashofclans I was just referring to the time it takes to get the ores being unbalanced for each category. Like you’ll be overflowing the the blue ore and be starving for purple ore. You need a lot of starry ore for the lv27 epic equipment but if you do the math for how much the average player can get per week the glowy (purple) ore is the limiting factor by a wide margin for most town hall levels. That’s what I meant by unbalanced

As if it wasn't enough, the strongest "strategy" is spamming root riders, after 5 months of th16. This isn't normal, because it has never happened in more than 11 years of clash, until december. Pretending that this is a problem only for pros is just pathetic and dishonest

Event pass is for maxed/semi max th 16 players who only want to focus on equipments. Also this event was teased at the beginning of the month so you always had a choice.

Have an event which doesn’t include epic equipment so free to play players can catch up. Then don’t give starry ore unless paying. Definitely pay to win now.

As a F2P legend player, I've maxxed about half of my equipped quipment, rest is at 17. I'm pondering whether I should start on the fireball or just give up on it altogether, it feels like it'll be a full year to get it to a usable level.

My opinion is max the arrow first , then gauntlet . And probably the rc spear when it comes out

I have max fireball and haven’t touched the rest of the epic equipment. I am 3 starring th16s as a th15 with it combined with root riders valks rages and overgrowth. I would recommend it, it’s just so much fun. But totally understand if you go for giant gauntlet first. Don’t upgrade frozen arrow over the fireball though unless you only do queen charges. It provides little to no benefit for anything that’s not a queen charge.

Just upgrade the gauntlet first. Rest depends on your playstyle. I am gonna max the frozen arrow because I have been doing QCs since years ago when I was th9. Fireball kinda limits what strategies you can use, so my preference would be frozen arrow or just save ores if you have the healer puppet upgraded. I am sure there are tons of epics coming to fill supercells pockets.

Works aswell. In the end it depends on the equipments you want to upgrade. If you dont like any of the epic equipments, you dont need starry ore for example. Just get the ores you need. :)

Haste vial is strongest but also most inconsistent because RC has highest chance of dying through ability. I think your average player would prefer seeking shield and hog puppet as you mentioned, or perhaps royal gem replacing either as well

This is a great move from supercell. As a semi maxed th 16, gold pass doesn't gets much value but this event pass is cheaper+ we get the most important stuff (ores). I hope these events happen every month.

@@avisheknayak4557To me that is a really good exchange for a free pass. Literally a huge boost to upgrade any equitments. I can get the gian gauntlet to 24 thanks to this event which otherwise would have taken an absurd amount of grinding to do

At this point of the game there isn't much left for a th16 player to do except grinding for ores i still feel this is the main reason why the ores are not balanced.Alt. If u want the ores quickly just buy them Works well for both the game and the financial part of it too

This is weird .. they reduced the reward from 1st event to this event .. not buying this .. sucks .. I invest a lot in this game, but the way supercell is trying to earn money is getting over my head and is frustrated 🤢🤢🤢🤢

the super troops come from a sauna so in the event they have an ice bath. sauna + ice bath it makes sense
