Hello guys, welcome back to my youtube channel ‪@wheelparadox‬
So guys, finally Khivraj Triumph service centre found the issue with my brand new scrambler 400x.
And The Keerthi triumph did not provide the mandatory Tool kit and the Med kit with the bike. So it is evident that the bike was opened by somebody and removed the tools.
Also the Manager of the showroom told me on the first day of delivery that the vehicle came to the showroom on 27th of November whereas the vehicle was registered on 23rd of November. What ever they are telling its a lie.
when I was stuck at the roady at night almost around 9 PM I called the showroom multiple times.. Nobody picked up my call to assist me.. And after all these complaints raised by me the showroom guy calling me and asking "what was the issue in the bike.." Whereas I had already explained everything to the Manager at the very first day. So it is evident that they are playing with it.

Saddened to hear your ordeal , hope this gets resolved soon , your feedback helps , Keerthi is useless for sure , they are yet to revert on my test drive fro 400X after booking with 10K , they want us to buy a bike with a test drive in Residency Road , they must be nuts. I guess the blame lies on Triumph too for your ordeal , sheer lack of apathy of a dealer selected by them , and this faulty bike was manufactured by Triumph so they must take an equal blame. Anyway helps us take a wise decision , they will not get poor if they loose our business neither will we.A win win for both.Good luck with a resolution.

Went to Khivraj Triumph of Hosur Road and was bit upset to find unwanted additional charges on the bike. Funny that they played the trick of forcing us to book the bike the same day before price increase. Went to Keerthi Triumph JP Nagar and no hidden charges. Booked the bike after 5-6 test ride to which they never said no! Got he bike from them and not a single problem. Best part is when I got to know that they have open a new service center just 400m from my home. What more you want?

Happy birthday bro... don't worry everything is gonna be fine.. Keerthi triumph sucks they destroyed daytona 650 few years back which was given to service .. i heard khivraj is good...that is why i cancelled booking from keerti and booked in goa triumph. As it is near to me. Ask for the replacement of the bike

Happy birthday bro, hope khivraj Triumph resolved your issue? Khivraj is a very old Bajaj dealer. Better to go with all Bajaj dealers to buy the 400 series Triumph bikes

Guys its a problem with inverter grounding. Common issue looks like, with this first production batch. The alternator sends the current but a bad inverter means the battery cant charge.

Damn, I've done a booking for scrambler and waiting for delivery from Keerthi triumph. I just hope nothing like this happens. Such things destroys customer hope on the bike and the brand.

Hi bro… try to check the details based on your chassis number in vahan portal.. you might get details on the previous registration if any. Happy birthday. Even I planned to get speed 400 but changed my decision to honda highness cb350. Would like to connect to know more on the case. Thanks.

Bro i'm not trying to support the dealer but usually any motorcycle dealer would have the their inventory list in their computers. So they might've applied for the registration using the inventory details. Same thing happened with my Royal Enfield, the bike was registered but they got the bike delivered from the godown to the showroom on the day of delivery and they didn't let me do the PDI saying the bike has not yet arrived.

Happy birthday bro. Don't let those dumpsters spoil your birthday. Good that you moved on to Khivraj. I reckon you file a consumer court case and get a replacement bike from Fu*keerthi guys. You have proof of registration date, video proof saying 27th they recieved, and faulty bike with battery/wiring issue, used proofs, etcc.. and as someone said below check with chasis number. With all this proof go and bash the fu*keerthi guys

So they give you the medi kit and tool kit separately. You can keep the medi kit below the back seat but there is no space for the toolkit. Slightly dumb thing triumph has done in the design.

Bro all Scrambler 400x bikes are brand new. Its Your fault that you didn't do PDI. Manufacturing started in September 2023 Check chasis number online Manufacturing day month year pata chal jaata hai. I am the Proud owner of Scrambler and its butter engine to ride. Yes Headlight lumens are low but that is same in all bikes

You can do PDI only if the dealer tells you that the bike has came in the showroom.. That too before the registration done. If after registration they call you and tell that the bike is here. You have no choice..

@@wheelparadox There is no label on Bikes with customer name on chasis number. Without your Signatures how Registration is done? Quite strange! For even Temp. Registration my dealer asked me to Check all the bikes and choose whatever Scrambler I want to choose than in paper work signatures were taken.

@@wheelparadox you should have not taken the delivery and asked for refund as nobody does that without customers approval....you should have taken any elder person with you... Many other companies are doing the same thing... I can understand the excitement of a big bike but no sense of taking the delivery of a pre registered Bike...

Keerthi triumph has a long history of poor customer support and poor service, even to the point of destroying bikes given to them for service.(Please look up the story of how they destroyed someone's Daytona). This is absolutely not okay and it's surprising that they have not been shut down with the amount of bad experiences people have had with them. They are literally pulling down a premium brand's name here
