This is the coolest manufacturer video I’ve seen in a long time! I wana see other companies be this transparent…I dare them! I can’t wait til the day my 2020 ram 1500 has the hemi carli kit on it. I had the goosebumps watching this. American made and high quality parts designed and fine tuned with precision. I’m proud of you guys and want to see more content. Cheers 🍻

I was directed by Carli to Top Tier Suspension. I places an order about 3months ago for a low mount steering stabilizer for a 2018 Ram 2500 still not a word from the company and each time I call and get someone on the phone I’m told 3-6 weeks with no definite answer. I was ready to pull the trigger on a whole king setup but now me and my buddies are all thinking about choosing a different company. This is not how you treat your customers, and you don’t take money until you ship merchandise.

Our stabilizer manufacturer is one of our largest struggles as the 304 Stainless Body Material and bearings have been a sourcing issue. You call to get an ETA and we do the same. If it was pushed, it was by our manufacturer. We know this looks terrible and it's something we address in the video. That said, we just got a HUGE delivery of stabilizers and sourced FK COM8 bearings as replacements to what we normally use to start getting a grip of these out the door. There was a bottle next that's been freed and we should start seeing large quantities of these leaving our facility. To give an ETA while we're scrambling on all PN to which these stabilizers allocate would be a fool's errand but the holdup on these is no longer an issue. In the next 1-2 weeks, we should be able to get you a solid ETA that'll hold water. Again, apologies for the delay!

6-7 months?? CJC got me hooked up in 3, and that was after a shipping error. My 6” dominator system got here two days ago. Can’t wait to get it on my 07 ram mc. Carli is absolutely the best there is! Glad my wait wasn’t that long…

Hell yeah! CJC is way quicker than our average retailer as they fulfill from large stock orders. Glad to hear they got you handled!

Any word on when you’ll be getting fox shocks in? I ordered a commuter kit from CJC for a 21 2500 with air ride. I was told maybe next year? Thanks

These custom prints were signed off by Carli early 2020. Fox’s custom shock program has delayed this to the point we cannot provide our customers an ETA at this time. They gave us “a few months” when this began; it’s turned into 1.5 years and we’re still unable to order the shocks. Once the shocks are ordered, we’re anticipating 3-6 month production times. Once we receive word they’re ready to order, we will change this status (which is listed on the kit page on our site). We’re sorry to have jumped the gun on releasing these systems; no one foresaw the unprecedented delays we’ve experienced. In no way have we been a part of this delay - it's a Fox issue and out of our control. We're continuously promised updates to no avail.

I have a 2021 ram hd 3500 longhorn mega cab diesel H.O. 4x4 : Question has anybody have had or known problems with front hub bearings going bad ,, My left side has a decent amount of play and a little amount of play in the upper ball joint. I bought the truck new in may of this year with 7 miles, checked the truck over at 500 mile found front left side hub bearing with excess play. I also had a 2017 ram hd 3500 limited diesel H.O. 4x4 with the same problem hub bearings going bad every 15k-20k .both truck completely stock.need answers thanks

4 months plus waiting on some radius arms for my 22 250, any idea what months orders you guys are shipping?

We're currently filling October 2020 orders, from these, our stocking retailers are filling Feb/Mar 2021 orders.

Thank you for this vid. Just got my first ever Carli suspension installed by a great company here in Dallas Tx. (TexasMOTORworx) thanks to Dane @Carli for giving me the information to get in touch them. I was told parts may be a back order and may take longer than expected. Guess what, I was blessed to get it all the same week… Sam here at TexasMOTORworx hooked it up. Haven’t driven it yet waiting on the the last touches with the chrome delete by a different company. Can’t wait to get into my 2021 F-250 Platinum with the Carli pintop suspension. Appreciate the transparency guys.
