wow there is such thing as Canadian cuisine? j/j. looks like an awesome taco. the bell ain't got jack on that plate! chef knows his way around the the kitchen. refreshing to see a normal confident chef that doesn't need to posture constantly like a jerk with tats a la bordain. props! see ya soon taco

Truthfully, under Canadian law, the First Nations are legally Indians. The people of India are legally referred to as east Indians. Let's be tolerant of other cultures especially the first Canadians. Visit an Indian reserve, they are beautiful people with great Indian food!. If in the area try Burger Barn in Oshawagen or the Pow Wow in Toronto! In this 21st century, why do we still want to call it "Indian" Taco? Why don't we call it "American" Taco? Or find the correct indigenous word for it?

GeorgeOfTheJungle it's the traditional name used by indigenous people for the tacos. however I wouldn't call first Nations people Indian
