He said it’ll be around the same price of the trident. I think I’ll just get the kamoer spa reef tester, Testing all of them in one body. Opposed to the amount of money it would cost together the same thing from Neptune

The trident 5 years ago was the last time neptune was innovating. what a snoozefest release. aperture really sapped the life out of you guys

Can the dos pull water from a basement container up to the first floor?

They say it's the same as the old one it can transfer water up to 24 ft up or down

How much it’s cool only because I already own a trident but if I was new to Neptune I would want a all in one system 😊

😑 An all in one tester would have been more innovation rather than a nitrate and phosphate add on module that probably costs as much as the trident itself and dos with upgraded pumps. More of a reason to consider going with Hydros instead of Neptune especially since each unit operates as a stand alone.

I agree. However, nothing in this hobby has ever come cheap for me. I almost sold my set up and gave up until I bit the bullet and bought my Neptune trident system. It changed everything for me. I will just have to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is something I have wanted for a long time, add on or not

It’s pretty dated looking. In the end, I don’t like the fact that it forces you to burn through reagents every day as it forces you to run a test whether you want to or not. It’s another hidden cost with Apex and another reason why Hydros Maven is the go to autotester IMO.

This thing is not ready for prime time yet. I really hope everyone who considers a Trident NP does their research first. Neptune fibbed. NP doesn’t stand for Nitrate Phosphate. They meant to say it stands for No Phosphates

I like the trident, I use one myself. But I truly feel like the company is awful as a whole. Overpriced, and not willing to be innovate. Someone come out and put them to shame lol

I Reclaim my time. I want my 5:56 seconds back. This was NONSENSE, and I am a big Neptune fan. I have two tanks, both of which are controlled by APEX. But is he SERIOUS? Is the same price for a device that does LESS and dams near the same size? What was the point of having the smart engineers move into one hub in PA? How about releasing a 5 in one testing analyzer and THEN I can see the similar or just about 200 more...I would THEN purchase it...

coralvue maven looks more tempting, this doesn't work independently seems. and the style looks like the same old one, build quality seems the same as old one , and coralvue maven seems to have better build quality
