In California, if your employer steals $950 from one employee or contractor, or $2350 from a combined 2 or more employees/contractors the head of the company can be prosecuted for FELONY GRAND LARCENY. See CA AB 1003

There was a program manager who told a software engineer to write code to create this grift. Its not a glitch. This is a major lawsuit in waiting.

You are telling the truth! I've been trying for 35 days now. I always get these opportunity notices to drive between these hours and you will get $2.75 and often $4.00. I never see it. I now have to keep a lil writing pad next to me to record. I can never get any real help between messenger and reaching people that can't help. I don't have time for this. I've decided to stick with flat fares and only work PT. $1200-1500 extra a month is ok with me. I don't need the aggravation. Sir, I believe you and know that you will never see that money.

the Fact that Driver's now have to "police"/monitor Their Rides, completely takes them away from the Focus of giving solid Service of the Ride.... & creates a lack of Trust between Driver & Company.... Süx what this has morphed into, since nearly 11 years ago.....

This happened to me on Valentine's Day. I accepted a ride that had a $11 surge going 3 miles. the total should have been $15. But when I dropped the passenger off they only gave me $6.50 for that ride. So I didn't accept another ride until I reached out to them. They told me that the surge was too much for the ride so they recalculated. Really!! Then they accuse me of spoofing the GPS. I don't even know what that means

Recalculates now all the time.. for me it even got worse. Downtown- atl airport . 29 trip. By the time I drop off it gives me 17. Support contacted they change it to 6. Only reverse when you show the screen shot of original offer "as a one time courtesy'. W t f is that. Also lately lots of 20-25 trip after drop off it becomes 12-18. Newest way of stealing

Bro.. this shit just happening to me yesterday night doing Lyft, I got offer a $20 airport ride, when I drop off the rider it recalculate and they pay me only 12 bucks…. Bullshit.

Oh my gosh ….. I would hate for this to happen to me . I got a $21 dollar surge and a $14 surge for the first time last weekend . I would have been pisssssed if it got taken away.

Isn't it so effing ridiculous that we have to record our fares in order to prove what we have rightfully have earned?? I literally have stopped even trying to talk to support. Nothing comes of it.

I'm surprised they didn't transfer you 8 times like they did to me till someone could help. They actually took $14 from a previous ride I did the day before and said there was a "price adjustment" and I said why. It took them 15 mins to come back and tell me I didn't take a suggest navigation to the location. I was missing $14 from a surge I just got on a ride but some how hours later from a previous ride they took $14. Long story tiny, they re adjusted that other ride after I told them I went the most efficient way with confirmation from the rider because it was to the airport and the local way was going to take twice the time versus the highway. It only took over an hour of my time because they are as usual trying to steal money from drivers.

My balance last Saturday morning was around $850. I worked Friday and Saturday morning. Later i went to screen shot the Saturday numbers so i can accurately see what I'll make Saturday night. My balance was $842. I'm thinking someone lied and got a refund. I had my totals still in my calculator. The last ride was a shared, and they deducted one of the passengers amount. I emailed them, they said it was some type of error and added it back. I'm wondering how many times a day they do this. This was the second.

I’m leaving Uber alone live in Louisiana and the pay for driver are becoming lower and lower airport ride drivers was getting $26 for a 21mins drive now it $14

You know if they gave delivery drivers the correct amount. Not talking about tip, most factory warehouse general labor workers would quit and do this job instead. That's all it is. I don't believe it's the app ceo wanting to do this they most likely work with other companies saying these gig workers csnt be making a killing or other people will catch on and quit a lot of big corporations jobs like the warehouses and factories

I had a really weird evening tonight on the Uber app. For whatever reason every single pick up was so far off on the GPS location it wasn’t even funny. Even one of my pick up said to me that on her app it showed me crossing the bay to get to her. On one of my other pick ups the address I was parked at was incorrect it was two blocks down. In other words south of me two blocks. And the address showed me in the actual front of their home which was two blocks away on flower Street but yet on my app it showed me parked on flower when I was actually on 19th St. anyone else have problems tonight

uber is amster at getting drivers to go in circles. in the end its just not worth the hassle and drivers will most likely just quit. the main way to hurt uber is to do what you did, publicly call them out for each and every wrong thing they do. might not do much at the moment but it might add up.

They have pretty much stolen all the surges now in Cali. Once in a while you will receive your surge price and at that point you probably won’t see your tips. I tell the off on a daily basis and school them on what customer service should be for a business that will succeed. At the same time I document everything for when I decide to slam them in the Courtroom. Prop 22 Guarantee Flexibility Upfront Pricing. Yeah equals a total ffffing Joke Smokescreen so they can screw over their Drivers…

I’m glad I’m not with Uber. I’m glad they kicked me off because this would lift they don’t give you surges only when you’re at the airport most the time that’s it but at least they honor the fact.

Uber has, recalculated mid trip. Customer did not do anything. No extra stop. Nothing.... Boom, serge is reduced from 17 to 13. I made 100 percent sure I was in that 17 serge. They told me to kick rocks too.

Sounds like you should easily be able to find you a lawyer to start a class action. Shouldn't cost you anything. Or, maybe you could get them individually before it started and it's still not cost you anything. Breach of contract is a bitch.
