@@owa1985 no windows 10 runs better. You probably just need to do a clean install of windows and you'll be happy.

Also all my "lag detected" issues came from playing on servers outside of my region. I live in Kansas so if I get on a west coast server it will constantly have lag detected.

You can use 1 button to swap between weapons, and save the other thumb button for something else :)

yeah but if you click on it and press x to slot your weapons say you are on your bow with weapons put away... you press mouse 4 to switch like I do it will pull out the other weapon not the same one you have equiped but away. As a brusier this got me killed thinking I was gonna stun then charge into people. I use 1 and 2 just to make sure I pick the correct weapon at first. Just my thought process

Running the game in Fullscreen Windowed with the "-popupwindow" command helped me with microstutters and the game feels much smoother: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g7WBlKWH2t_Dg2Q.html&ab_channel=Danneh I had a 5800x and 3070, recently updated to 7800X3D & 7900XT. Both had microstutters, until I did fix above, higher FPS made it more noticeable. However, the random stutter every couple of minutes is something I've never been able to completely track down. Seems to happen more when the server is busier.

I think something people commonly forget is the computer resources are used for more than they think. I've met a lot of people that think the GPU is *only* used when gaming and that's just not true whatsoever. Your GPU is utilized for many different things. Windows itself uses the GPU cosntantly for the DWM (Desktop Window Manager) which is basically all of the effects Windows does among other things. Discord will also utilize the GPU quite a lot when in a call, screensharing, etc. Windows will also use the Client Server Runtime Process to process videos you're watching using your GPU. As you said, having multiple monitors means your GPU is being used to maintain all 3. If you have multiple things going on that's a lot your PC is trying to do. This is why the top recommendation on all things to get more performance is to shut down anything you're not using. Another common issue I see is people not understanding that some games are GPU heavy and some are CPU heavy.. so you'll see people like "X GAME RUNS FINE SO WHY DOESN'T THIS ONE?!" because they utilize things differently and have different things to process.. It's hilarious when people complain about like their singleplayer game runs beautifully but the MMO is slow.. well yeah the MMO has to process everything *everyone* is doing around you. That's why they're generally much more CPU heavy. As for the bit about having the same build and getting different results, there's more than just hardware that goes into things. Some people actually take the time to optimize Windows to run better. The software side of things highly impacts performance.

how did u do that? I mean I have a 3070laptop with the same i7 run at capped 60 with the low setting, and I’m usually going below 60fps in some specific place like the desert, OPR, and the chest run.😢

@@currymcflurryx9543 Yours may be put together wrong or have faulty parts lol. At 1440p very high everything, my 3070ti 5900x gets 160 everywhere but cities.

That’s weird af. 5800x and 3080 and pushing 200-240 constantly at max settings. Lowest dips in like the 160s

Turn your resoultion down lot an you get way more frams not ideal but 100% can play

its sucks on high end too, can get 280 fps average BUT it stutters and desyncs all the time. if you can get a smooth game without stutters and desync at a lower fps that is far better than high fps
