always nice to have the spot to yourself especially if it is pumping with berley. it seems smaller baits makes a huge differences in winter

Yeah mate, always nice to have a bit of peace and quiet no other people around! Reccomend those trd minnows with a light jig head highly!

@@BasicFishingNZ try those BKK ones, I’ve even started using them on 4-5in baits and seem to work really well, the small hook just gets wolfed down!

This was Thursday but yeah I could imagine your pain was pretty flat all day🤣

@@henrycatchesfish yea it was beautiful , four barges working and only one boat out there , was a few yaks getting ready to head out on my way back tho.
