Yes I agree with the hold music when calling an 0800 number. My previous job unfortunately didnt have that, callers had to listen to a pre recorded msg about the call centre experiencing significant delays and will be with you shortly. Once I got an Incoming call thru the customer was already fuming perhaps even more so before I spoke with them.
