Orchestral Rock is something the composers for Sonic games really excel at, like having rlly cool rocking tunes over just an epic orchestral score. Soundtracks that come to mind are Sonic 06, Sonic and the Black Knight and Sonic Unleashed

I had certain metal and rock tastes when the only games I had played were the classics at like age 4, but once I became aware of how good Sonic music was and could be in like 2011, it redefined my love for guitars and all types of shit, definitely deserves the praise it gets for it's OST. 06 KINGDOM VALLEY, CRISIS CITY, AQUATIC BASE AHHH!! And Solaris Phase 2 (His World Orchestral)

7:47 yesmen10, the creator of the lyrical video, didn’t actually turn off the comments themself. KZfaq automatically did that by marking the video “For Kids” because it was based around the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. It’s really annoying when they do that beyond the original uploader’s control.

Yeah the last song is called “One Way Dream” it’s the credits theme like Vandalise but it only plays after beating the game on hard mode

The final two vocal tracks in this game are "One Way Dream" and "Dear Father" although the last one is a bit of a emotional one. Also you should check out alot of the vocal tracks from some of the older games they hit just as hard as the ones from Frontiers in my opinion.

Tomoya Ohtani, the music lead for the Sonic series since 2006, excels at rock/metal mixed with orchestral music. When he makes songs that are one or the other, they are also phenomenal, but when he blends them it’s some of the best music in my opinion.

"One Way Dream" and "Dear Father" are the last two from Frontiers. "Dear Father" kinda spoils the game but "One Way Dream" is good. As a self-proclaimed Sonic Music Lover I think you should also listen to songs from past sonic games such as "Open Your Heart", "Live and Learn", "Knight of the Wind", "Seven Rings in Hand", "All Hail Shadow", "Reach for the Stars", "I Am All of Me", "Endless Possibilities", "His World", "It Doesn't Matter", "Throw it All Away", "Supporting Me", "This Machine", "Waking Up", "Team Chaotix", "The Chosen One", "Catch Me If You Can", "Never Turn Back", "Let the Speed Mend it", "Blue on The Run", "Un-gravitify", "Fight the Knight", "Through the Fire", "Unknown from M.E.", "E.G.G.M.A.N.", "Live Life", "Free", "With Me", "Speak With Heart", "Infinite", "Fist Bump", etc. To put it into perspective that's about 1/2 of the vocal songs. There is a lot. I would love to see your reactions to all of them Edit: I counted them and there is about 170 sonic vocal songs

Knight of the Wind is awesome. A great track to listen to. Sonic and the Black Knight has a great OST to react to. You have the awesome opening theme Knight of the Wind, you have the amazing boss battle theme against the Knights of the Round Table Lancelot, Gwain, and Percival which is called Through the Fire, you have the awesome theme for the fight against the "corrupted" King Arthur called Fight The Knight, and the amazing final boss theme With Me which does a great job of telling the final confrontation between Sonic in his Excalibur/King/Golden Armor Form and Merlina in her corrupted Dark Queen Form from both sides with lyrics representing Dark Queen Merlina portraying her as this villainess who thinks she is the heroine by trying prevent Camelot's end by forcing immortality onto the inhabitants of the kingdom whether they want it or not and sees Sonic as the villain for trying to stop her, and the lyrics representing Excalibur/King Sonic as this borderline anti-hero who sympathizes with Merlina but vows to do whatever it takes to stop her in order to protect the innocent inhabitants of the kingdom and is willing to be branded a villain in Merlina's eyes and before the song starts the last thing Sonic says is "Guess I can't play the hero all the time" as a response to Merlina due to her corruption and heroine complex calling him the villain trying to destroy Camelot.

One Way Dream by NateWantsToBattle is one of the songs you are missing. It a very important song to Sonic Team as it represents their feelings while making this game and how the hopes they have moving forwards. Its actually quite an emotional song if you see how much they really poured their all into this game to bring sonic to life how theyve wanted but been unable to these past few years.

I think it's even more. While the Titan Themes can be interpreted as their respective Pilot's themes they also describe Sonic Teams pent up feelings and their Embargo and fight to make a game more akin to their new, solid Vision despite Sega's restrictions and setbacks of the past. Lines like "welcome to a mind of a different kind" represent the new style of frontiers and "running from the past is a losing game it never brings you glory been down this road before already know the story" pretty much explains itself. Even "I'm Here" is a declaration that Sonic Team is still here and that they won't give up and go into a new direction that hasn't existed like this before in Sonic.

@@darwinwatterson4568 I listened to the songs for the first two boss fights before I reached them and held off for the third till after I fought it, and I still felt the same amount of hype when they started playing as I had for the third boss. Now that may just be me, with how good these songs are, I’d imagine it should be the same for most people.

The strings section, especially the voiced chords in the second pass grabs my adrenaline gland and _squeezes_. I had to ask my musician brother to explain WTF voiced chords even were it was so unexpectedly good. I've always loved orchestral rock like this, but i've always had the worst time finding new tracks.

The other song You're missing is from the after credits there's two from the after credits One Way dream which is another metal like song or maybe Rock like song and then dear father which is more of a tribute song to Sage and Eggman,

One Way Dream, the “true” credits song is more rock than metal, and Dear Father, the “first” credits song isn’t rock or metal in any capacity. The latter probably isn’t worth a video for you specifically given your focus in videos, but it’s still totally worth a listen.

Don't listen to half the comments, "Dear Father" is a lofi pop song sung by a kid, it's as far from metal as it can be xD it's meant to be played for an emotional moment in the game, but definitely not reaction material "One Way Dream" is a more standard rock song on the other hand

I think 'I'm Here' is a little overhyped. I remember hearing about it when the game was coming up, and I intentionally didn't listen to it because people said it was so good. So when I played the game itself, I got to experience all the sick metalcore boss themes completely blind. But then they play 'I'm Here' during the final boss, and I just didn't vibe with it a whole lot. And especially not compared to the prior 3 boss fights. 'Undefetable', 'Break Through It All', and 'Find Your Flame' are certified bangers that genuinely earn their spot among the best of the best Sonic vocal themes. But 'I'm Here' just doesn't do it for me like it does for so many others.
