I’ve watched a great deal of the Behaviour Panel. Four extremely well qualified guys that have many years of military and interrogation experience, that analyze body language and linguistics. They have reviewed many 911 calls, and every time the caller starts telling a “story” or tries to point the police away from himself, he’s eventually proven guilty. A truly traumatized person would be too upset to start explaining things, rather, they would be screaming for help and giving their address. Having listened to Murdaugh’s 911 call I’m inclined to think him guilty. And, as the trial progresses the evidence seems to corroborate this.

That makes total sense ... however, it’s not always accurate because sometimes on the oddest most inconvenient of circumstances a person can feel very defensive in knowing they might be the first one accused as it might seem obvious to accuse them first. I’ve also been in a situation where I felt very defensive because I knew what the accuser ( no , not murder lol ) was pointing at ... I knew it looked as if I could be guilty of the accusation against me and it annoyed me first of all because I knew I hadn’t done what I was being accused of doing therefore I wanted to explain the situation... we all handle things differently and I’m certainly not saying Alec is innocent just as I’m not saying he’s guilty. There is so many cards stacked against him it’s hard to believe he’s not guilty based on theory and evidence.

@@badmoonrising_007 I agree that in some cases people act defensively and may start telling a story but not in cases where tragedies occur. If anyone came up on their loved ones with brains spilling out or spattered on the ground they would be so shocked that the defensive nature would disappear. This is the kind of situation that is moving not built around still pictures. The first thing a person does when coming home to a house that has been burgled with the door left open which according to law enforcement is a cardinal sign of a house burglary is walk right on in. But before a second could pass you recoil and begin to bob and weave thinking maybe someone could still be there so you retreat back out. You don't start thinking of things to say to the cops. He supposedly called 911, 19 seconds after arriving. Not long enough to get defensive or anything else but maybe he needed to go get a gun in case they were still some where, and he did. His behavior and anyone elses that acted like that is very suspicious of a made up crime. The only crime was him doing it.

Yes, Paul and Maggie deserves justice. Alex needs to pay for this. All of them were dirty criminals; they covered up crimes for each other, I’m speaking of Maggi, Alex and Paul. Paul was abusive to women, he choked his girl friend and beat her frequently. In an intoxicated state he caused the boat accident resulting in the death of a passenger onboard; his daddy got him out of it by lying. He had a rollover car accident with he and his girlfriend in the car. The girlfriend calls 911. Paul disconnects the call and calls Maggie and Alex. They scold the girlfriend for calling 911 then proceeded to remove alcohol and guns from the car before calling 911. The longtime nanny had a “slip and fall” death on the Murdaugh’s property. Alex collects 14 million from her death, money that was suppose to go to the nanny’s children. These people were and are P.O.S’s Instead of RIP, RIH(the hot place) and RIJ(the steel cage)🫤 If you ask me, I think Paul was perhaps going to implicate Alex in the murder of the Nanny. So, he and Maggie had to die.

@@Applejuice9694 Do you think he killed Maggie because she was the witness? Or do you think it was planned? I have only seen bits and pieces of the trial and did most of my research by reading the news, reddit, etc. Nothing was really pointing to why he would kill her, but Paul, definitely. I was thinking insurance reasons or because she was the witness.

A few things: wife is living separate and was going to have financial accountant look at family funds. She told people he was acting strange and up to something. Against her better judgement she went when he invited her over. A stranger or even anyone else they knew wanted to murder them both, or one as collateral, and happened to pick the day the wife was over? Knew where they'd be on the property, didn't leave any real evidence behind..and all while he was...indisposed and unaware? He rang her 5 times, showed the cops at the scene (why did he show this?) and then months later deleted it off his call log on his phone?? Why? They said a camera was accessed during lock screen at some point. And I think I heard someone tried to unlock unsuccessfully.. did they think the mom got a pic during altercation? During this time after no activity recorded for both wife and son, seems someone also tried to use find my iphone.. now.. is this because she hid the phone under her or he already had it and somehow dropped it and couldn't find it? Is that how it ended up the road, it was lost when he disposed of it? If it was a stranger what did they want with ONLY her phone, and then throwing it away? Seems odd. Also, why bring two different guns to the scene and shoot a different person with each gun? Just seems like a juvenile attempt to suggest more than one perp to me. He could have easily set up two guns at the location prior knowing they'd be there to use and blitzed them sort of. A lot of questions.. but still sounds like he did it over anyone else especially as he said he was asleep but it didn't seem the case. Also, he called her over to see his relative (father, mother?) so why would he then go to take a nap instead of doing that?

All the 911 dispatchers down there are f*cking annoying!! Every 911 call I've listened to within this case has been the same. They need to assure the caller in a better~said way than these dispatchers, that EMS services have already been contacted/alerted and are already on their way- ALREADY EN ROUTE!!! To just say "We're getting someone" leads one to believe that maybe you haven't done it yet!! I can see why all the callers have been annoyed by their questions -because they're thinking the dispatcher is just asking questions and hasn't summoned EMS yet!!

He also stated he touches them to see if they were breathing.... but tells investors on 2nd interview he checked their pulses... not their breathing. Inconsistencies... checking breathing and pulse are two different things... and why would you get off the phone will 911 if you were scared for your life???? You wouldn't. He wanted family there to contaminate the crime scene and distract law enforcement. I think he wasn't planning on killing both of them but Maggie witnessed what he did somehow and he then had to kill her... I think he was going to say shooting Paul was a gun accident...he expected the 1st shot to kill Paul and it didn't there was a small struggle and Maggie realized what he had done...the gun went off during struggle and killed Paul. Maggie ran and he had to take her down... there may even have been a conversation or he may even had said sorry before executing her. I think any stress you hear in his voice is emotion from things going wrong... I don't think he expected brain matter to go everywhere... Not saying he did or didn’t do it. The one thing I don’t understand is if he did it or planned this horrific crime against his child and wife couldn’t he have made a better plan. He’s a smart guy even if he s smart in a conniving way he’s smarter than to pre meditate this type of crime knowing he has so many other obstacles against him ... knowing any jury would find it hard to believe his innocence. Unlessss, he’s an extremely unlucky guy with a lot of strange happenings in his orbit. He’s way to composed for a murder scene ... if he didn’t do it ... he’s sure not to alarmed that the perpetrator might be lurking around a d ready to get him as well. This is a shameful sad story , no one should have to lose their life in this way.
@ericasimonson8737

That's what I'm wondering, too. Premeditated? Might have been, considering he called both Paul and Maggie to the scene. But seems odd to me that a solicitor would bother to delete info from phones that he knows could still be accessed or not realize that his movements were being tracked by the phone's GPS. A crime of passion seems easier to swallow. 🤔🤨🧐

@@ericasimonson8737 If I can be completely fair without prejudice ... in my opinion , I wholeheartedly believe Alec was going to commit a family suicide... he was going to also kill himself that evening which is why he later tried to get the other fella ( was it his cousin??? ) I’m not sure ... nevertheless, he couldn’t do it, or maybe he really did try to do it and it went all wrong ... these are the scenarios I play over and over in my mind. I see a man that was completely lost for many many years and I wonder how a person can get to that place without anyone intervening... a loving family should fight for each other not kill each other and with that being said , from the glasshouse it looked so perfect but the reflection was tainted with demons looking back. That evening I’ve wondered if someone else was there at the scene , in my opinion I can’t believe he acted alone and if he did he was never supposed to live. Like the many things he did with no regard to others , it’s hard to say because who am I to judge a person and their character. Yet, from all the things he now owns that he did in regards to lying and stealing as well as possibly being involved with prostitution and drugs it’s hard to find compassion for Alec ... it’s hard to see him as a man who deserves forgiveness especially since he has never owned up to his guilt other than for the theft charges. So maybe one day he will seek redemption ... as for now we can only pray that justice is correct.

Whoever said he couldn't have traveled that far to get the gun was right. That was way too fast, and yes that reaction looked very fake. Only he knows for sure who did this but he's way too calm on this call. If you found your child the way they are describing you would be out of your mind. I know everyone reacts different under severe stress, but I remember those horrifying moments with our son. It was not murder, but its YOUR CHILD and you brain just snaps. If he did do this....I cant comprehend or process it and probably shouldn't comment on what I hope happens to him. For their sakes I truly pray justice is served...and his attorney asking the same question about why the call was transferred. I had to scream PAY ATTENTION YOU IDIOT!

I always get a kick out of that line that quote "everyone acts differently under stress. " Actually, no, everyone acts just about the same, especially when it's your child who dies.

@Theodore Cohen to me it doesn't make sense. I only remember going insane. But I've always heard this and assumed it meant some people scream, others go into shock. I learned the hard way no one understands what you feel, so it's hard to judge a reaction. So that's why I said that. My husband reacted much differently, then later broke down. Perhaps a difference in how men and women react. I don't know, but I m having a hard time believing him and I guess I worry I don't have the ability to judge from that.
