It's learning curve and as long as the policy doesn't specify a minimum qualifications requirement for politicians to hold ministries then a grade 1 person will rule the PhD qualified people. The political system tried to copy the Kingdomship system broad by God but failed dismally to master it hence they'll recycle ♻️ leadership each 5 years hence they'll forever take millions of years to bring simple change. Not everything is perfect but the UAE 🇦🇪 Kingdom is a perfect example that if you have the right tools and cultural laws you'll factor the change in few years. Now recently South Africa 🇿🇦 has discovered the oil 🛢 and gas but because of private ownership, the nation will not see the benefits of such resources. I am not only talking about jobs rather the system which a privately ran government won't be able to change the country effectively.
