I wasn't an AA, but i did play TE. I remember those days. Legs feel like noodles running gassers or 110s 🥴🥴

That's pretty much what my school did when i was in high school. Minus the lunges

At my college we did Conditioning and agility then weights. During summer we would have PRPs ( Player Ran Practices ) then you were there again next day.

a better idea is to condition first and then lift. that’s what my school does.
@Christopher._M8 ай бұрын
It's good to mix it up because whatever you do first will have the most effective result
@powerswallis23697 ай бұрын
Definitely not better because you want to be at your best when your are lifting so you can lift the most weight, if you condition first, you will be tired and it will be a sluggish lift.

Could alternate with intensity of the lifting heavy vs hypertrophy days. Condition first on hypertrophy days would make sense with pre-exhaustion.

yeah this is full on tarded. I think the program was EXTREMELY fortunate to have the sorts of studs who can survive it and still thrive. Some of these dudes in jobs at major universities seem to think they are BUDs trainers trying to get SEALs to quit instead of making the alpha level athletes they have actually better.

That’s stupid all the reps (quarter reps) was for nothing with all the running. You just set the athletes backwards. Lucky they have great genetics.

@yetekt6953 when u say running, do you mean distance or sprints. Hard sprint can impead recover if a guy is trying to peak. Distance running is just stupid once it's over a certain point.
