Matcha soft serve ice cream was my favorite, would also recommend takoyaki! These are both available in the US but better quality in Japan if you get the chance

I can feel the excitement and at the same time frustration over mount fuji. Same thing happened to us but luckily the clouds cleared for like 10mins so we were able to take a few pics before the downpour. Sadge you guys did not see even a glimpse of it. More reason to comeback though! :)
