Tips, infos, tricks and other notes along the journey of the building and completion of a RC car kit brought to you by Nez0 :D This beauty right here is the MST RMX 2.5RS chassis! A nice looking mashup of a RMX 2.0 and RMX 3.0 to bring you some very refined chassis settings and hardware. I was impressed with the out of box performance and will get this car a proper tuning and attack mode testing. The chassis does feature some of MST's newer features such as the shocks, rear end suspension and updated gearbox...all of which are very welcomed :) I had a good time building this car and I'm sure you will too! Well this car does come with a number of nice upgrades right out of the box...the essentials like aluminum shocks and carbon chassis decks makes this car great value already :D

Hi what pinion gear do you recommend on the mst rmx 2.5rs as driving on concrete

I believe I choose a 25 tooth 48 pitch pinion gear. You could use anywhere from 20-25 tooth if you like :)

I bought an OMG servo d1-10 for 30 euros that claims to be 0.74 sec.i have a savox sc-1251mg which is 0.9 and its 12 years old.the OMHis way slower.....and its response in general doesnt compare

I've used a few of those servos and they seemed to be decent in speed for a brushed servo. Not sure what might be going on but i do know Savox servos are power hungry.
