I'm definitely a Tamiya Guy™ :D Well another Tamiya machine added to the fleet, this TT-01 Type-E will find itself hurtling around the Strickly Sidewayz Club parking lot among other places but my goal is to keep this one mostly stock without upgrading it too much, pretty much want to kep it stock class or what they used to call Tamiya Championship Series (TCS) GT2 class :D Usually this means ball bearings and very little else in terms of allowable upgrades. Regardless the main goal was for this car kit to be a fun basher and parking lot racer for the random chalk track days lol. It's handy to have wheels, tires and a whole body set included as well :D In Canada the Tamiya kits were typically bundled with an ESC (electronics speed controller) however recently things have changed, i explain in the video. A torque tuned silver can 27 turn motor is perfect for fun level parking lot action, keeps everyone side by side lap after lap.
