Ryan Clark said it: the ref was being lazy and just assumed #70 reported because he was doing it all game. That was the whole point of the play: to surprise the defense. Brutal!

For you morons crying about the correct call at the end of the lions, dallas game. THe drive before the CORRECT call of ineligible touching, the refs called tripping on the wrong team lmfao they called it on hendershot when iit was supposed to be Hutchinson dor Detroit the nfl confirmed this. Had it been called correctly that would have been the end of the game a 3 kneel downs, but since it didnt it gave detroit another chance. THEN the lions commited multiple penalties on the 2 point conversion. Illegal formation, and ineligible touching. 68 cant be a TE where he was lined up, next to the guard. SO thank you, try again sore losers.

KC....this could be career ending, since goff isnt known for his mental strength. now he made such a great play , and way too late a flag comes in ? i mean pls. no wonder the other attemps failed. fraud of the year against a team and a qb who finally were coming together and had fun playing footballagain. a shame on every level , every aspect.......im no lions fan, but this one was upsetting me like shit. there MUST be review plus consequences. nfl has become more and more corrupt since few years but if this is left unpunished it opens doors for a dark era.

Well Dan Campbell trusted his guys to get the two-point conversion with a play to throw off the defense and they got it. The call by the refs was a mess up on their part, not the lions.

Hell no, cmon man. The tripping call gave y'all that last drive. And Dallas gets 23 seconds, a timeout, a kick return or touchback, and a 100% accurate kicker (this season) with his longest being 60 while y'all are up by one. Even without all the horrible officiating, this game looks strongly Dallas.

Women sideline reporting is such a valuable contribution tot he game. For years we had Pam oliver telling us the losing team reportedly said "we have to do better" coming out at halftime, now we have soap opera drama of a QB throwing a temper tantrum on the sidelines, before getting blown out. In the end, Brad Allen was booted from the postseason, the Cowboys were absolutely shredded by the Packers, and the Lions won their first playoff game in 32 years. Alls end that ends well.

As a Cowboys fan, the refs absolutely fucked up the 2pt conversion try and it should have never been an issue That being said, this 2pt conversion was only possible because these same refs called a tripping on Hendershot when Aiden Hutchenson was actually trying to trip our players. Had that been called correctly, the Cowboys are at the Lions 10, the Lions have 2 timeouts and its the 2 min warning. It's essentially over. Overall these refs were piss at their job, but they fucked both teams.

What they need to do is give every player an orange flag with there number on it. Put a little pouch on the pants with it. When the player is going to be eligible he hands that flag to the official. The official now has a solid " im eligible " from the player. After the referee tells the defence he keeps the flag and returns it after the play. Keeps everyone honest.

Instead of every player, they should give the coaches it, (since they already carry challenges flags around) then the coach picks which player and the player can give it to the ref so everybody on the same page.
