My first hockey game was EA's NHLPA - 93 on PC. Now over 20 years ago all the same tricks seem to be still there. :D All that is missing is the "pass through the 5 hole for a goal from the central ice"

The game play is just soooooo slow. Wiggle around keep clicking left trigger look for the one timer. Just dumb unrealistic skating. They need to bring back speed thru the neutral zone. I honestly believe this game won’t change until Rammer is GONE!!!!!!

I remember having competitions with my buddies playing NHL 94 on the Sega Genesis and we would throw in $5 each winner take all. It's come a long way since then. $50000 grand prize wow.

Glitch goals are shots that score a very high percentage of the time. Most of the time they take advantage of poor ai or animations in the game to force the goalie to do something, like when cookie would bring the puck around like he was gonna go for a wrap around and then his character suddenly does a 180 and snaps a shot top shelf, its completely bs and practically unsaveable by the goalie 99% of the time. It isnt 6v6 because EA is stupid and has no idea how to market an Esport.

Notice how the semifinal third game a penalty was called at 3.6 seconds left and the third game in the final there was a penalty called with 3.6 seconds to go
