For anyone who plays NHL, if they had the opportunity to win $15000 at this tournament, I'm sure everyone would do it, many people talk about how cringe this tournament is, but I don't think its cringe to part take in it because it is a legit competition, and you'd play for the money if you could. I do find the official coverage makes me cringe just abit, because it's similar to singing the national anthem for a Novice hockey game. I know that because its a sponsored event (I think) and that it's covered by Sportsnet, it'll be broadcasted and all official-like, i guess there's just abit of cringe to how prestige they make it seem, but it is sportsnet after all. It's like those kids who run that radio show in the movie Benchwarmers. It was the blonde interview women that did it for me, because I highly doubt she was into the tournament, I'm sure it was for the money, she didn't fit in right to be the interviewer for this event. And I'm sure her reading out the players usernames and showing her reactions to what was happening in the standings, she definitely had to fake that, but not like anyone did a bad job.
