材料：半只鸡，100克姜，20克黄姜，4根香茅，40克红葱头，5瓣蒜，半勺盐，1勺白糖，1碗清水，少许香菜
做法：
1）把鸡肉洗干净，其他材料切，搅碎备用
2）热锅热油，爆香姜丝红葱头蒜末，再把搅碎好的香料也一起爆香
3）加入鸡肉翻炒均匀，加半勺盐1勺白糖1碗清水大火煮开，转小火焖10分钟就可以出锅啦
4）装盘摆上香菜，香喷喷的娘惹黄姜香茅鸡就做好了💕
